Cost was not great considering the dents and parts of the room needed desperate repair, door frame is a trip hazard to the outside area which was slippery when I got in at 3:30pm.

Location, being able to black out the room to sleep, air was also fully functioning

There was no air conditioning and the window didn’t close properly. It was a a very little room considering it was an apartment. It was noisy, dingy and old.

Getting there was easy, it was very reasonably priced and the staff were great.

It was dirty. It didn’t look like it had been vacuumed and there were bugs in the shower. It stunk like chlorine and someone had to come into the room and get something they left in there. Not ideal.

The dryer feature on the washing machine didn't work and the clothes rack was broken. The powerpoint in kitchen didn't work, so I could t use kettle to make coffee or charge phone in living space.

Too many rules and charges for breakages etc which seemed outrageous. Didn't provide cooking utensils and no sink plug for dishes. No information on how to contact reception and the front desk was vacant majority of times when passing through during times when the paper said their would be. On arrival I was given a room already occupied. Not a good start and the comment from the guest was the place seemed dodgy.

The location to the trams was great. Nice and central and in walking distance of where I wanted to go and see

Room was dirty, blinds hanging off the windows, bathroom flooded while showering, beds and pillows were extremely hard. Cupboards broken. Confusion on check in, as someone had taken our room.

Upon arriving early we were advised we would be contacted via phone call when our room was ready, this was not done. We were placed in the wrong size apartment, and were advised our apartment was not going to be ready for another hour and they would knock on the door of the apartment we were waiting in to advise us it is ready. This did not happen and a phone call was made to reception who then advised us it was ready. Our apartment was very noisy, especially of a night when trying to sleep and there was inadequate lighting in the kitchen area, also no tea towels to dry dishes. The apartment was very outdated, such as the carpet, the couch and the dining area. Also did not like the shady looking people out the front of the main entrance. The pictures online are deceiving to what you receive.

Good location, close to the Bourke Street Mall. Apartment was a good size. Happy the staff kept our luggage in the foyer for us as we arrived early for check in.

Poorly set up kitchen. Not enough cutlery for four, dishwasher didn’t work. When ask for more cutlery was only given spoon because that all they could find.

There was miscommunication when checking in, and again when checking out. We checked out on a Sunday, office hours didn’t start until 11am, however checkout was at 10am with no communication as to how to checkout or where to drop the keys. When returning to the property later in the day to make sure the keys were received, the attendant at the desk was incredibly rude and dismissive. In addition to this, when checking in, I was told the $100 hold for the booking would be returned swiftly after checkout, but when we checked out, I was told it would take up to 14 days. We weren’t informed about parking until AFTER we had checked in and parked elsewhere. The wifi doesn’t reach the 5th floor, so we were unable to connect to the wifi. The shower leaked and one of the sliding doors didn’t close properly, so the apartment was a little chilly as a result.

The location was fantastic, within walking distance to pretty much everything, or public transport to get you there.

We killed total 13+ cockroaches during our stay (2 days). I even woke up in my sleep with a cockroach crawling on my forehead. It was a horrible nightmare :(

Staff were unhelpful. Only had a thin sheet and thin throw blanket for the bed, when we asked for additional blankets he asked "doesnt the heater work?" which we said we did not want to run all night and in response, where told they didn't have any spare blankets to give us. Luckily we had a blanket in the car. When trying to check out at 10:00am (which was the required check out time) there were no staff on site and the cards for the room and front entrances were already disabled. So we had to wait in the lobby with multiple others for an hour before someone arrived.

The vents in the bathroom were filthy with thick mould/fungus around it. Shower has black mould due to the lack of cleanliness. A water jug was provided which had a small core and could not reach the power point in the kitchen. Only one toilet paper roll was provided. There were multiple stains and rips in the duvet covers so unsure how clean they were, there was no attempt to cover them with a duvet cover either. We did not have any cleaners service the room within the 5 nights we stayed. The wifi absolutely did not work the entire time during our stay which was very frustrating.

The facility was centrally located. This was the only highlight of the facility. Also the staff were very friendly and accomodating.

I could not fit to sit on the toilet because the sink was too close. There was a gap in the middle of the bed which gave me a sore back. I was unable to get anyone on the helpline for two days to let them know I was checking out a day early. The batteries in air conditioning remote control were flat.
