The apartments are nice and clean, but it looks like they need a little refurbishing. WiFi is very slow, most of the time we were using our own Internet. Breakfast could be better. Even though they are offering to prepare an omelette for you, with cheese or not, I wish there were more options on the buffet. At the end we only ate breakfast once there, even though we stayed 4 nights. The iron and ironing board were missing, even though the room description said the apartment has them and the hair dryer was almost broken, and very slow.

Location is great! 😊 Just a 10-15min walk to Taksim square, nice neighborhood, easy to find taxi. Staff is very helpful and polite, always there to answer all the questions and help you. All of them are really nice. The apartments are nice, and they clean them every day which is a big plus. It has everything we needed for the stay.

A little more space for clothes to be kept out instead of in one's suitcase would make it perfect.

We loved Harbiye Residence, rooms look exactly like pictures, they’re cleaned daily and the location is great. Parking is also available and although it’s tight, the staff help you with parking. Location is also great in terms of being close to a metro station. Would highly recommend.

The location of hotel is perfectly positioned between Nisantasi and Taksim, on a quiet street. Staff is friendly and helpful, attentive to my needs and offering me drinks each time.

Wonderful experience. There was excellent communication before arrival and hotel staff helped me sort out airport transfer which was reliable,comfortable and luxurious. As a solo traveller I felt safe and well looked after at all times. All staff members were very respectful and polite. My room was wonderful. Large, extremely clean and modern. I looooooved it so much. WiFi was good. My room was quiet as I had requested. Daily cleaning. The towels were soft. The staff was attentive and helpful at all times (when I needed instructions to get somewhere, help book a taxi etc) Breakfast was very good. The hotel is located near the conference center (7min comfortable walk) in a district where there are lots of shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this value for money boutique hotel and I am certainly coming back.

The alley where property is located is steep which makes it difficult for old people to walk up to the main road, (luckily not too long distance about 100 meter)
