It was clear they offered various apartments across the city however all the apartments are vastly different to the images shown. Our apartment did not feature any photos and I feel it was not luxurious, the images shown were and even the title of our booking said luxurious. This was a tidy apartment but not luxurious. I am always extremely fair in my reviews but I believe true photo representation is important. Our room felt dark, furniture was old and not very inviting. I would have liked when the room was allocated at least for them to share images as I was a definitely a little disappointed when I arrived expecting a nice bright modern apartment but this was not the case. I received the notification of where I was staying on the day with instructions. I feel like if the apartments are quite different they should have a separate listing.

The location was very central and the room was convenient clean and offered all amenities needed.

The first location was ok until they started doing construction work outside our room at 7am !

The staff were amazing. A special thanks to Narelle. Very helpful when we requested to be moved.

The busy road was noisy but was fine with the doors shut and the AC on.

I could not access wifi. Make a phone call for assistance and spoke to someone but never resolved - never heard back. Result was no internet for my iPad

Easy access with clear instructions on how to enter. Underground carpark was perfect for 2 cars to suit the 2 families. Nice walk of about 15 minutes to shopping and food. There was a nice courtyard.

Wifi in apartment was very hit and miss, on and off so gave up on that, but was able to utilise phone data instead, not a major problem for us but could be for people coming down to Canberra for work and needing reliable internet. Other than that we were happy with everything.

Building was located in easily accessible spot on the main Northbourne Ave that leads into Canberra. Parking was underground and room was located with great views out to the surrounding landscape. Apartment was so close to all facilities and we could even walk to the Canberra Centre shops. It was nice that we did not need to drive far to reach all the great tourist spots - less than 10 mins. The staff in the reception desk were absolutely lovely and helpful especially as we had problems initially with the key getting into our apartment but that was sorted out for us. Bed was very comfortable also. Visited Botanic Gardens and National Gallery during our visit.

Carpark was a bit awkward. There was no lift to our apartment, which was not a problem for us but may be a problem for others and I don't remember it being mentioned in the information.

Great location. Close to restaurants and not that much further to walk to the shopping centre. The apartment was clean and it had a great shower. They were quick to answer our question when we had an issue.

A fan in the bedroom would lessen the need for the air conditioner in the lounge to be on. On one humid day the air con produced so much condensation that I put two bowls on the floor to catch the drips. The shower screen, where it joins the bath could do with a big scub. The next door property looks terrible & is full of rubbish. I assume it is a demolition site. Broken chair & neglected pot plant on balcony

Very convenient location. Well equipped kitchen. Nice towels & bed linen & great shower. The lifts came promptly when needed.

The balcony overlooked the backyards / parking lots of the series of units behind our building. These units had an early-morning maintenance crew which woke us (ha ha). Also the water leaks under the shower door (sealing gone I think); just needs a repair.

This apartment was very well set up with everything we could need. The management group gave us very clear and easy to understand directions in relation to accessing the apartment and the parking + apartment were very secure. The location was also perfect for us with restaurants and cafes in very easy walking distance - great variety too. All appliances e.g. air conditioner, all worked perfectly.

When I tried to ask a question about the instructions not matching the keys I was given I was met with a supercilious description of my inadequacy in knowing the difference between the check in location and the location of the apartment. Twice. Eventually, the staff member listened to the question I had asked and threw the correct keys onto the desk and snatched the set I had been given from me. Lesson to be learned: Don't expect the office staff to listen to you or think it is their job to help you. Then I was told that I had ruined her day and she hoped my day was ruined too. You don't expect to be abused when you ask a question about keys.

The apartment in Mode3 on Lonsdale St is a really spacious one bed apartment. It faces east, (not towards Lonsdale St) so gets the morning sun, and the wall of glass in the bedroom heats up quickly. The air con takes care of it quickly. Furniture was comfortable, and the apartment was fabulous. Loved it and the location. Secure parking in the basement right next to the lift, but the apartment was on the opposite end of the building. It was an easy walk along the 4th floor corridor.
