Expensive for 1 night during the week. Under the couches wasnt clean, lots of dirt, spider webs and bugs. We actually were able to watch a spider eat another insect. Breakfast was awful! Would not have that as an additional bonus. Wouldn't ever make people pay for it either. Coffee disgusting. Juice watered down. Free car park shouldnt be a bonus. Each room should have a car park included.

No toaster . Shower flooded the bathroom with shower door shut. No free bottled water Need to clean cobwebs from windows and eaves. Pigeons should be removed

The room was lovely but sadly there were lots of spider webs and one huge spider in its web in the bathroom.

A little needs doing on some of the buildings. Eg grass growing in the gutters. Some needed painting . Just more care needed on outside around the appartments.

Apartment was very good. For 2 couples or family. We had Apartment on the lake. Good breakfast

There were old tables, chairs and bits and pieces outside that made it look messy. I came here years ago and in it seems like it has been neglected since then. They need to get the pigeon issue under control. They have nested on the roof of most of the buildings and you can hear them all day and most of the night, making it hard to sleep and get some rest. If you go to breakfast after 9am then you have to ask for items to be topped up and most of the staff didn’t really seem to care if we were there or not. Only one gentleman made an effort to make us feel welcome and asked how we were.

Nice big room and lovely setting but the place overall needs updating and a good clean out. Easy check in and check out. Breakfast is great if you get there early.

Breakfast! If I knew what prison food was like I'd still choose the prison food.

Location very convenient and I would stay there again - but I would look for somewhere else to have breakfast. Breakfast here was dreadful (score 1 out of 10). Limited choice. They're in need of a proper chef. Staff very helpful. Accommodation was clean and comfortable but paper-thin walls.

Very hard bed. Tiles in bathroom needed a good clean. No water offered in room except to purchase. Fall in the bathroom tiles not correct so water flowed out of shower recess which soaked bath mat.

Very expensive, taking advantage of busy weekend. Probably paid 250 % more than normal prices . Never seen a country motel anywhere near that price . In their defence, I had no choice and facilities were clean and nice.

Room was lovely, but it was a bit of a maze to find it. I think old mate at the desk wasn't too sure where he was sending us. Bathroom great, bed great, views were lovely. Food from restaurant nice but the pasta was very rich.

The porch was dirty however, not that we would have used it much. The walls a bit on the thinner side as the guy next to our room was intoxicated and kept singing the same song over and over again and we could hear him clearly into the night. Just glad he was happy

We had a great room overlooking the lake. The room itself fantastic, clean and recently renovated. The amenities were great. It was a good stay, and would stay again. The breakfast was good. We had a great stay.

The restaurant menu and wine list has dropped off - and the chef decided not front on Wednesday night leaving the restaurant closed for dinner. Pretty basic buffet breakfast only - cant order anything else

Breakfast was included in our room rate- food is pretty average for breakfast, so would not pay for it otherwise.

Very modern rooms and bathroom- very clean too. A lot better than anticipated , with good views over a lake. A good golf course is adjacent to the property. Would recommend this location.

Food preparation poor.

Dined for evening meal. Food was rated low as some vegetables overcooked to a charred cinder. Otherwise wait staff good. Restaurant has gone downhill since we were last there.

The food was very basic and reception not overly welcoming. Too many stinky noisy pigeons in the solar panels on the roof. (Sorry but it’s true)

The suites away from the main area are modern, clean. Loved it.
