The room was dark and dingy. The bathroom had seen better days, with rusting on the mirror, and a hole in the bathroom door that looked like someone had punched it. If we'd been planning a night away and expecting to enjoy our room, this would have been a massive disappointment - and the room would have been hugely overpriced.

Great location, nice grounds and friendly staff. Were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Was one of the only properties that could get us in for one night (we were coming for a wedding).

Needs a facelift. Dangerous step into bathroom, had to lay blanket over so didn’t face plant floor during the night. Shower rose needed replacing.

Step into showered quite difficult to see and danflgerous. We lut a towel over it to warm ourselves We arrived closer to estimated arrival time at about 2.30 pm on a Saturday. Surprising that no one arcreceotion snd we had to ring fir attention. Likewise when we left. But despite these the seat overall was very very God and cheaper by at least 50 dollars per night than competing establishments Garry hiskey

No bfast really. Microwave tiSter etc but no provisions in room but not sure I asked fir them when booking Architecture of building with "fake" upstairs gives good feeling and driveway up to resort and outlook into valley very ompressive

Room was very clean. Staff were wonderful. Loved the new playground and alpacas and the forest area to walk in. All very relaxing.

Bathroom was very tired. Door didn’t slide well, tiles old and stained.

Location/ setting was good. Pool area was appealing ( weather not right for using it though). Work being done for refurbishing detracted from appeal, although the workers were very considerate with regard to their work times.

Only continental breakfast available. Entry doors slam and are pretty noisy, neighbouring room disturbed us. It’s quite a steep site.

Good location, nice check in. Property is being renovated so it’s nice to see the upgrades. Room was pretty reasonable size and had a separate area for kettle and fridge. Pool area is lovely.

Paid for a room with a spa bath, feel like more towels and bubbles should have been provided but generally a good experience.

The Mattress but that is more a personal thing.9

We were Greeted with a smile and were easily directed to our room. I loved the new windows they have put in and I assume that is the beginning of an upgrade.

My room was full of bugs, heaps on the inside of the windows and in the kitchen. Bathroom was very old and mould in the shower, 2 of the 3 powerpoints in the room didn't work which was very frustrating.

Hotel was in an a central location, very close to main street with shops & restaurants. Enjoyed the sunrise in the morning and the llamas in the adjacent field. Bed was comfortable.
