The people in the room next to us were up talking loudly all night and kept waking us up. should have grabbed a pair of the free ear plugs.

Awesome location and great price. This was the perfect spot for our unexpected need of a hotel the stay in for a night. The staff member was so kind and helpful!

...some toilets were also quite dirty. It was during the snow festival season, so I guess it was also a lot of people there, which might increase the chances of facilities getting dirty more easily and faster, but since the prices were also very hight, I would have wished that at least there would be a bit more effort to keep it clean.

friendly staffs welcomed us even when we arrived 2 hours earlier than we supposed to be. got us keys, entered room, quite impressed by how they placed the beds! it has a curtain so could make yourself private.

It would have been nice if the floor bathrooms could stay open 24/7 because it’s a little tough travelling floors to take a shower, especially as a woman, personally. Everyone was nice it’s just a bit awkward to cross paths with so many people going to and from the shower! I understand the noise concern but I feel like it wouldn’t be too noisy at all! And if someone were to be inconsiderate late at night there could be complaint made and that’s that! But I think people are going to be talking and doing their night routine which is a little noisy either way so a shower wouldn’t be too bad.

I liked the ease of check-in and the facilities!

The communal area was spacious and clean, with useful facilities like a microwave, stove, kettle, coffee and washing up materials. The beds were very wide and comfortable and a good degree of privacy due to the curtains. It was well located close to Sapporo city centre, perfect for seeing the snow and ice festival!

It was hard to sit up in bed without bumping your head when you moved around. There was extra ceiling space so it could’ve been taller. Also, I was told that my floor eight would be an all female floor, but I saw men in the hallway and families with men that was confusing, and not as stated. Also, breakfast would’ve been better as a buffet versus just given a plate of what was offered as I didn’t like some of the food, and would not have taken it.

There was only 1 elevator which meant that going in and out of the hostel was hectic and took long during peak hours. There were also not many showers and toilets on each floor, which meant if you did not want to wait you have to go to the 10th floor which is difficult during peak hours.

The rooms were clean and the location was just around 10 mins walk from the centre of Susukino. The single bed rooms offer more comfort and privacy compared to capsule hotels and bunk beds.

It was a little expensive for what I received, though anywhere during the snow festival is expensive I suppose.

The location was pretty good, a 12 minute walk away from the ice sculptures, coffee shops and station which was quite handy. The beds were roomy and comfortable, and the showers were very clean!!

Storage for valuables could be bigger than a drawer (for cameras) and the room could have been aired more.

It was a little far from the subway station (10-15 minutes) and it felt like an even longer walk in the snow with suitcases! The beds were very hard and we heard voices/snoring from the next rooms so we didn’t get comfortable at all at night. The elevator door has no sensor and was dangerous especially for children as it would close very quickly and hard even when a person was still walking in. It also takes a while at busy times (check-out) but they did want us in advance. Lastly, the breakfast was very poor. It’s cheap so you get what you pay for I guess but you can get nicer food from the nearby convenience store.

The inside was designed nicely. We appreciated all the English information signs and English speaking staff to help. We liked the convenience of the pizza shop on the first floor and it was fine for once but we wouldn’t eat there again (not our style). Winter blankets were thick and the radiator heated the room very well. We also like the water pressure in the shower and the multiple toilets as we never had to wait.

Very organized lounge and dining area. All supplies like cutlery, mug etc are available. Laundry area is also conveniently placed in the 10th floor.

It’s cold to stay here in winter, the warm place is only our bed (fortunately) but the shower sometimes changing from hot to cold and the hairdryer is not hot but cold and slowly but some people waiting to use it too (it’s really bad during the winter)

The kitchen in 10 floor is good too eat in the morning with friends or alone ✨ and the staff is very friendly.

Not far from the station and tram. The staff are very helpful and one of my friend left his handphone on a Bus. The staff helped us to get back the phone.

I was travelling with a large bag and found the room very compact with nowhere to put my bag comfortably. The Stay is very compact with small showers, maybe it would have been fine if I wasn't so tall.

Extremely friendly staff! I felt very welcome and informed. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

My bed in the dorm shared a wall with the sinks in the hall, so it was a bit noisy. But since not a lot of people where staying at the time i was there, it was fine.

Clean accommodation. Nice Common area on the top floor. Breakfast was simple but good. And the staff was nice too.
