All the bugs at night. The door was completely covered in them and they were inside the unit. In the morning the ants were moving in to feast on the dead bugs.

As we had three people, it would have been nice to be provided with three towels, we only had two. It was quite windy so the pool was quite dirty, would be hard to maintain this. It would have been great for the table tennis equipment to be available for use.

The room was very clean and nicely presented. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. Pool noodles for kids to play with were a nice addition.

The front parking lots a way to narrow. When you travel you have lots to get out of your car and you don’t want to damage other guests cars. And you certainly don’t want yours damaged. I’m pretty sure these lots are set to minimum size. The pool was full of leaves and the pool cleaning unit was still in the pool when people wanted to use the pool. so we didn’t use the pool. Thankfully all guests were great and all very careful with each others cars.

Breakfast was left in the in room fridge the first night but if this was considered to be for two nights then it was not enough. Our room was not serviced on the second day of our stay even though we spoke to the Housekeepers and advised them that we were leaving the room to go out. There was no information in the room like a "Guest Information Pack" and it would seem that the management expected that guests would be able to receive E-Mails even when they were travelling long distances by air and road to advise on procedures in the hotel.

Very large room with a separate bedroom. Comfortable sitting area with large screen tv and well equipped kitchenette. Fabulous view from the second story balcony looking out to the coastline. Had a lift for easy upstairs access. Located a few k’s from the town centre so need a car or other transport however there is a restaurant and cafe on site.

Found the lady at check-in to be very unfriendly and unhelpful. Almost to the point it was an inconvenience we were even there and it would have killed her to even smile. It was advertised on the website we could dine in for dinner, but upon asking the question when we arrived, it was met with a very blunt and terse response 'its closed'. She had a real bee in her bonnet and appeared to look down at us. The breakfast included was probably the most underwhelming breakfast I've ever had as well. I'd say skip it and go eat in the main part of town. All breakfast items were frozen Sara Lee products kept in a freezer in the reception area. Also not a polished look to keep a deep freezer in the reception area! The bathroom didn't have a windows that opened, just a pane of glass with security grill above it as an air vent. Walkway to other rooms was behind it, so you could easily hear anyone showering/going to the toilet!!

The rooms were clean and comfortable for a nights stay. Parking was directly out the front (no covered car spots), with lift access to the second floor. Easy drive down the road into the main part of Montville, or if heading in the direction of Malany.

The bin of my room was not emptied and contained used sanitary products from the previous guests.

Lovely views, friendly staff and a stocked kitchenette was handy.

They need to have an extra staff member on to cater for breakfast demand. The poor young lady was doing her best but responsible for everything.

I ended up being over $200 out of pocket due to staffing issues at reception and had to change plans last minute . Emailed this inconvenience to accomodation but no response.

The accomodation is in a great location and the cottages we booked were lovely and matched pictures online. The complimentary breakfast was nice and I would recommend . My only complaint was the reception changing their opening hours after I had checked several weeks prior and I had to cancel a delivery leaving me hundreds of dollars out of pocket.

Location was fine. Breakfast was awkward…. Would have been nice to upgrade to hot breakfast, or room service. Staff were lovely, just now where to put utensils when making coffee etc

The only thing it was very windy and rainy on the night we stayed and with the bedroom being at the dent near the door the wind comes up under the door and makes it bang. Very noisy and loud, otherwise can’t fault.

Great overnight accommodation that had everything we needed. Comfy, great size rooms, and a great location for a wedding we had to attend nearby, friendly staff and everything was easy. Would highly recommend and stay again if we’re in town!
