The pool was outdoors. The dishes were left in the dishwasher and they were not clean.

Easy to get to. Close to a grocery store. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet.

We had issue with loud noise coming from one of the rooms the first night but better the 2nd night. We had a clogged drain in shower but maintenence man came immediately and took care of problem. Front desk personnel very friendly and efficient!!

Level of new flooring in our bathroom, beautiful but very uneven stepping back into the room from the bathroom, was concerned about kissing balance in the night, really daytime as well. Not a safe point in the otherwise beautiful room

I did not like the fact that the front desk phone was always busy when I tried to call. I had to get on my cellphone and call the hotel phone number just so i could get a hold of the front desk. I needed towels and tissue for my room and I had to go to the front desk to get them myself.

The building is dated and needs some cosmetic updates, our ground floor room had unpatched holes in the ceiling and a cracked window. No one was attending to the breakfast, so items didn't get refilled when gone.

The staff were friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast included eggs and sausage and waffles and biscuits and gravy.

Nice staff. Exchanged stained bedding quickly. Variety of options for breakfast. It could use a remodel. Rooms are extremely dim. Could use a good dusting. No issues with staff or anything. Pretty comfortable for the price. Location was surprisingly quiet.

The staff was amazing. I had a few complaints about some wear and tear damage in the room. But the staff was super friendly knowledgeable and overall very pleasant.

1. The walls, ceiling and hall door are very thin so you can hear everything. I was woken up very early both days by our upstairs neighbors walking around their room. 2. There are no towel racks in the bathroom, which is an odd choice. 3. The living room TV did not work. Luckily, we had a laptop and HDMI cable so that we could stream. 4. The lights by the bed were disconnected so we had to figure out how to hook them up. Then, once on, they turned off if they got even slightly bumped. 5. Last, but certainly not least, there was a used condom on the floor by the bed from a prior occupant. Obviously, this makes you wonder how clean the rest of the room is if something like that was missed.

We had a double queen suite. It was surprisingly large. It had a full kitchen (sans oven) including pots, pans and dishes, living room, separate bedroom and large bathroom.

Staff at front desk at check in were sick and rubbing their nose with their hand then touching the keys and my ID. You would think after we just went through a pandemic people would have somewhat decent hygiene practices, but sadly not the person that checked me in.

I was skeptical because it’s a not a National chain brand. But, I was so pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, the hotel was updated, the staff were very polite and friendly, the breakfast spread was plentiful and delicious, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect. I couldn’t believe the price! We have stayed in Springfield area Holiday Inns and had way worse experiences. Definitely recommend this hotel and what they are doing!
