Poor lighting in the bathroom. No freezer in the fridge. Lack of storage for luggage. Kettle and coffee facilities was placed on top the fridge (unsafe). Should have been proper shelving for it like in all hotels. No microwave oven. Price for this facility is unjustified (Too expensive)

It was overpriced, rude staff it advertised 24hour check in and we were at appointment and got told to come pay immediately they close at 5 pm. Bathroom very outdated and tiny. No shower pressure hardly hot water. No effort to roll towels. No toaster to cook our own breakfast.

A little dated decor but reflected in economy so all good The doors were undercut about 50mm, perhaps to do with previous flood damage.

We did not have breakfast, just tea and coffee. Unit was clean and good value, albeit a little dated. Parking was good and we had space for car and camper trailer on site which was good.

Very outdated complex. I give them grace because they are trying to recover from the floods, but apart from the updated bathroom, it felt really old and dirty. I couldn't get hot water out of the shower at all during our 2 night stay, so I endured a cold shower both nights.

The location was handy to restaurants and grocery store

It's a motel. Literally a place to get some rest, nothing else.

This place really isn't priced for the region or what it offers. About $220/night (My last stay at the Q1 was about $150/night for a 4 - 5 star apartment). It has a construction site access gate (probably not intentional but no signage and no real attempt to keep guests out means the construction zone at the rear of the property is more of a thoroughfare). There were human hairs on the bed (I'm a short haired [#2/#3] haircut guy) indicating that the linen is not changed between guests. I'm sure (and hope) that the bottom sheet and pillow cases are changed, but nothing else is. Footprint on the wall next to the single bed (I can only imagine the events occurring that led to that). There is a bar fridge (no freezer) and a microwave, that's about it.

The receptionist was very helpful and polite. The place itself has multiple issues I'll address in the negative feedback part of the review however it is a stock standard motel, nothing fancy but good enough for a work trip or just to stay somewhere for a night or two.

I am loathe to complain as Lismore needs all the help it can get after devastating floods of 2022. But unfortunately the motel is next door to a Hotel where loud Metal music thumped until midnight. Truly awful!

The best thing about Comfort Inn Centrepoint Motel were the crisp clean sheets. And walking proximity to everything in Lismore's CBD.

Overpriced for the level of facility. I appreciate there is an impact from floods but this is not relected in any of the advertising. Cleanilness was sub standard.

The whole check-in process was a mess. No staff were there when we arrived. Called the number on the door and spoke with someone out of town and it took them 40 mins to find our booking of 3 rooms. It was a bit of a mess, wasn't a great start.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, location in the main part of town was good.

The cockroaches, the lack of space in the carpark made it difficult to manoeuvre the car. The sliding doors were also difficult to open and the toilet roll holder as well as the shower gels dispensers, were loose and fell off the wall.

Overall pleasant, comfortable beds, nice couches, television which included Netflik! Also liked that their was a fan as well as an air con! Room overall clean and comfortable. Nice location, close to restaurants and only a 30-40min drive to Ballina and Byron Bay. Overall, good value for money!

Security screen door did not lock with the key provided. Bathroom door knob did not operate closing mechanism. In places, the curtain over the door was not attached to the track. Cigarette buts and cotton buds on the synthetic grass at the door. Cockroaches in the room. Room set-up for three people but only one chair provided at the table. Cups had coffee/tea stains on the edges. In other words, they had not been cleaned since last used.

Spacious and well located to the business area.
