The room was clean but needs a refurb. THE bathroom in particular requires updating.Television was diifficult to use. The exterior of the property requires updating.

Toilet didn’t work properly and wasn’t flushing and making loud noise constantly. Before I left for the night I asked maintenance to check and they said they fixed it. When I got back later in the night the noise was still there. It was so loud!!!! I had other guests knocking on my door and abusing me because of how loud the toilet was. Very unpleasant.

The TV, hard to watch anything on free to air TV. Has Netflix which was ok. Was no parking right outside my unit. Someone upstairs had probably taken it, so I had to park a fair way away.

There was a slight smell (possibly from the gold course) so we had to air out the room with opening windows and using the air con which quickly sorted things out.

The room had not been renovated for a very long time. Definitely has huge potential. No sink in the kitchenette area was a big letdown. Some linen had brown stains. There were dead insects and spiders above the curtains. Walls are very thin. Odd seeing the tennis court being used as a clothesline.

Easy check in and great staff. It was a spacious room and had a comfy bed. Bed linen perfect for cooler weather. TV was great to watch. Instant hot water. Easy car parking.

Bunk beds were rock hard to sleep on. Also feel there was a little false advertising as we thought it was a 2 bedroom room. Multiple cockroaches and our bedding absoulty stunk.

Restaurant was closed and had been closed for a year and yet there was a laminated menu in the room implying that a meal could be obtained. The inn was isolated on a block of land that was separated from the rest of the community by a six lane highway and tall fences meaning all travel to shops, cafes, etc had to be by car or bus. The hot water system took five minutes to warm up and then was just luke warm ie I could only have a cold shower.

Spacious accommodations with good kitchen facilities. Reasonably quiet. Plenty of parking. Room to sleep up to seven people so good for a large family.

A bit dated. When we booked it indicated breakfast was available and even had prices but on arrival we were told the restaurant was closed.

Good location for a wedding reception I adjacent golf club. Great staff. Reasonable bed.

Needed a good paint inside front door hard to open very run down TV airel did not work and ears on TV and was very staticky had to sit airel on top of TV to try and get reception not good pool needed good clean

It’s very noisy as a fact of the poor isolation of the walls. There are one double bed and one single bed in the room. It’ll be good to have a queen bed only and release some more space to stretch.

It’s pet friendly and our furry baby met many friends. It is close to dog beach. One-off cleaning fee and no extra charge for furry baby accommodation.

Hanging of the sheets in the tennis court. Picking up sheets off the floor after they've fallen off in the wind and rain and seeing them hung back on the line. Exterior is not appealing and hazardous.

The large group of people by the pool making an extraordinary amount of noise until I asked them at 10pm to turn it down. The reception didn't make any effort to help with local questions. Fairly unpleasant.

Some of the guests took up more than one car spot and some were sleeping inside a van outside our room and were quite noisy The restaurant was not open

Room was too small for a queen and a bunk and was different to what was shown in photos at the time of booking. We were asked to write an email about our complaint that was never acknowledged or answered. The room TV was a safety hazard and we bumped our heads a number of times

There was no Wi-Fi connection in our room and after calling them twice and talking to the reception lady next day they still ignore our complaint. They kept on saying somone will contact us asap to fix the issue but no on contact us to fix this wifi issue. Also do not have any clock in room. Only one swimming pool was operating.

Dilapidated common areas, overgrown, tennis court decommissioned, one pool empty and apparently long term out of use, some highway noise. Inside unfinished work on the air conditioner pipe work, low quality workmanship with the finishes, and caulking in bathroom. Aircon condensate bucket overflowed into the cupboards and over hot plates. Small fix would do. Price did not represent quality.
