Location was decent, central to shopping centre but you need to drive to the water. It is a little bit too far to walk. Not a negative but the only thing I can note.

Very big, clean modern motel room. 2 comfortable beds. The bathroom was modern and clean with a rain shower head. They have a deal with the rsl which we didn’t have time to take advantage of but appreciated it anyway.

The staff were so friendly and the room was amazing it was a very good size. So much space. Everything you need and we were given free drink vouchers and a discount for food at the local RSL which I never expected but we used and had a great time. Definitely stay again!

Well established hotel, on ground floor, very friendly and helpful staff, facilities recently upgraded, lovely bathroom, clean neat and tidy, may have been built in 1990s with modern decor. Parking outside room, very easy access. Access to eateries, RSL, seaside resort eateries. Received voucher and discount for lovely dinner. Thank Cindy and her team, and Lee and staff at RSL...wonderful service and meal. Would definitely recommend. Price was very good.

This motel lives up to it's name, COMFORT able. Loved the size of the room, comfy bed, easy parking, very clean & the staff are so helpful & friendly.

It was quiet however the thin walls meant you could hear when the guests in the adjoining rooms shower/uses the bathroom. Would recommend ear plugs.

Shower and water everywhere situation needs to be addressed. Bathroom floor greasy. Smelt strongly of bleach. Not enough towels supplied, especially when you have to use them to mop up the bathroom from the shower.

Clean, comfy, roomy plenty of amenities included.

The only thing that could be fixed is the shower area. There is nothing that stops the water from flooding the bathroom floor (i dont mean a little bit of water ) it was alot of water and could become dangerous as the floor got very slippery. I travelled with my aging mum she too loved the room but was scared when showering. She managed fine but extremely cautious.

Everything. From the minute I arrived till we left. Staff were great, rooms and grounds were impeccable. Rooms were a great size for us,bathroom was beautiful, no outside noise even though it was full, pool area was beautiful, great location near takeaway restaurants, shopping centres,splash park - everything was right close by. Drive or walk. ...I'm booking again for later in the year. Everything here was perfect for our stay. It makes a huge difference when all the staff are lovely too. From reception,cleaners,maintenance workers etc I would recommend family and friends to stay here

Shower made a small pool on the outside of the stall, but otherwise it was OK

Room smelled nice and was very comfortable. I appreciated that they provided bottled water in the fridge. I checked in late and was pleasantly surprised when I came into my room and it was already cool and comfortable as they turned on the aircon in readiness.
