The self-check-in on an iPad after a really long drive

Amazing breakfast, very dedicated and friendly team, large room, quietness of the place, location.

Self check-in feels unnecessary and it slows everything down. Our room had a separate sleeping room which only featured a bed and a drawer, meaning we had nowhere to hang our clothes or similar. Breakfast starts at 7:45h (way too late if you’re planning to go skiing), so we had to skip it (we got breakfast boxes to go instead).

Location is a bit remote but great, on a small village surrounded by huge mountains. You can park your car inside the premises. Room was quite big and had everything we needed. The restaurant (for dinner) has very decent quality. Since we left “early” in the morning, they prepared us a breakfast box to take away.

The shower door does not shut properly so the whole floor gets wet. Needs to be fixed. No screens in windows or AC so when opening windows for air the bugs and mosquitos come in.

Great price for the area. Huge rooms and big balcony. Clean and spacious with a nice view of the castle, the mountains and the town. The staff was helpful and kind. Great food at the restaurant (huge servings). Good and plentiful breakfast. The whole place is super authentic with beautiful Austrian rugs and wood and plants all over. Really pretty. Free parking.

On booking is written than price includes taxes, but we have to paid them in hotel. Plus if you want to eat breakfast, you can eat just at 7.30, later it is not possible

Staff is not very proficient in English, but they try and are friendly, so it's a not a big deal, really.

Hotel's outside and inside seems quite old, but in a very positive way! Furniture is fairly new, rooms are very spacious and clean. The scenery is magnificent and looks a bit from a fairy tale. Price for the room was the most expensive one on our trip, but very competitive compared to other offers in the area.

While we were in a restaurant in the city stsrt snowing, to reach the hotel there is a uphill road our car slippers so i asked to the staff a shovel to clean the strret, they didn't help me and said they haven't, really strange cause in that place snow is usual

Comfortable big bedroom with a balcony. WiFi worked well. Breakfast was served individually with a good choice of buns, cold cuts, cheese, even frankfurters (Wiener). Hotel staff were very nice and friendly. The only negative point: the restaurant was closed (Ruhetag) that day, and we were actually looking forward to eating there; instead we had to drive into Wörgl to eat. The pilgrimage church is just down the road and definitely worth visiting.

So…why haven’t I rated it a 10. When we arrived a woman was rather dismissive. We asked what time was breakfast and was astounded to be told 7.30 to 8. Never been given such and early and narrow window…was inconvenient for our plans, however, we got up and duly arrived well inside the time slot. At 8 o’clock we were asked to return our key and the lights in the breakfast room were put out. I explained I needed the key to get our belongings from the room and when I came back with the key we were locked out and there seemed to be no one there.

The property is lovely . The room was very good, and clean and spacious. They also allowed us to bring our dogs. We ate in the restaurant and the food was very good indeed as was the breakfast.
