Wi-fi service. This was our 2nd stay here. 1st unit was 29 and the Wi-fi was terrible, 2nd unit was 42 Wi-fi was a little better close to the balcony. Could not connect the smart TV to the Wi-fi.

A small issue but it was annoying that in the main bedroom there were only sliding doors for fresh air which only opened in the middle (not from the side). The curtains also didn't open in the middle but came from the side meaning there was no way to have the door a little open for fresh air without having to fully open the curtains. A simple design flaw with the curtains but one which could make a big difference to allow a lovely cool breeze in the evening whilst sleeping.

Hairdryer was broken at the back and fell off. So I didn't use it again. It did work though. Outdoor mat had long threads coming off it, which could potentially become a trip hazard.

No tissue provided. Only toilet paper. When I request one more toilet paper, they asked me to buy from super market. I felt ridiculous. I booked 3 bedroom apartment for 2 nights, only 4 rolls toilet paper for 6 peoples (if fully occupied), and without tissue provided. I don't think it is enough. Only one hair dryer in the whole apartment, I prefer you provide two

Power shorted out and shut off. The manager didn’t follow up to see if we wanted a replacement microwave - it shut down the power when we tried to use it. I guess we could have asked for a replacement.

We experienced quite a few ants in the kitchen area in our unit and this needs to be addressed. It was in the area where the kettle and the toaster is kept. This needs to be addressed!!!!!! Also the flush button for the toilet in our unit is not functional and again should be addressed.

Absolutely awesome location. the unit was very quiet and comfortable. We experienced issues accessing free to air channels on our TV on the first night but Pam on reception was very attentive and was able to get it fixed the next day, She's an absolute CHAMPION!!

Ants constantly through the kitchen. Main television didn’t work the first night. And only able to log into our own Netflix for the second night. The FOXTEL didn’t work even after rebooting the system. Pillows were like rocks and areas of the apartment needed cleaning.

Resort muddled the keys on arrival so had to call the emergency number but was sorted out so was all good. Apartments are individually furnished and decorated so would suggest looking carefully through the photos provided before booking. Garage basement extremely hot!

Located right next door to a supermarket was great. Only a short and flat stroll to the Main Street with restaurants and boutiques and Marina. Great pool and nice view from our apartment.

No ocean view from my apartment and there were a few cracked tiles on the floor in the kitchen. And the hand towel holder on the main bathroom was broken but it was great besides that.

Great pool and bbq area. Great location right in the centre of town. Very clean. Communication with staff was exceptional. Almost instant responses to requests and emails. Pam was a pleasure to deal with.
