Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaWhen I arrived all the laundry was in the reception area and rubbish piled up out the front. The breakfast was very average not much on offer. The hotel was good value for money if on a discounted rate but full price would not be great value for money.
The room was nice and comfortable, The location was good with nice Harbour Walks and beaches close by.

AustraliaThey were a little over generous with the bedding with only one really thick doona. There is not a lot of eateries nearby. There was the Mosman Rowers club which was a twenty minute walk. We mostly caught a ferry to Circular Quay.
Check in was easy. Room was spotless. The location made it easy to catch a Ferry into Circular Quay. The Ferry ran every 30 minutes . It was only a 7 minute walk from the Accommodation and the ferry ride was 11 minutes. We were going to something at the Opera House and it was really convenient. It was also easy to head over to Circular Quay when we wanted to go to a restaurant.

AustraliaDoonas on the bed are too hot in summer and there were no blankets available.
The location was fantastic being so close to ferry terminal and beautiful walking tracks around Cremorne Point. The room was quite small but served our needs and good continental breakfast available for $15. Communal kitchen is available to make your own breakfast or store drinks and snacks. There are no shops within walking distance so this is good to know in advance.

The Location, Owners/managers, Room and the Available facilitates were amazing. My friends and I chose to stay at the Cremorne Manor due to the location as we were going to Taylor Swift and also wanted to have a girls trip. Due to there being 4 of us, we needed to get two rooms. Both rooms were different but we were all SO happy with what we got. We did have my car for our main mode of transportation however, we did use the Ferry multiple times as it was a 2 minute walk from the manor and was an easy system to navigate due to the help of the manager. We will 100% be returning as we had an amazing time :) Update: Guests were quiet, didn't hear any guests late at night which was surprising due to it being fully booked out!

AustraliaBathroom too small and the tiles need a really good clean. Need a hook on back of door for a towel and face washers supplied. Manager not as friendly as could be, doing just enough not trying to exceed. I have travelled alot and he was just sitting behind his desk no offer to carry our bags up the stairs. I would have like to buy snacks as you could buy a drink only. As there is no shops around guests would purchase drinks and snacks. Even a vending machine would be handy.
I loved the location, it forced you to see Sydney out of the CBD and going back and forth by ferry made it more fun. The room was comfortable, bed excellent and ceiling fan such a great addition to split system I also loved the balcony where l read a book for an hour, very relaxing with nice views. Bus stop was very close and manager was able to show me on the map where to walk to.

Fantastic location and loved being on the other side of the bridge which was much quieter than right in the city centre. So close and walking distance to the Ferry to Circular Quay for easy transportation. The rooms were well equipped and everything you need for a lovely comfortable stay.

AustraliaIt would've been handy to be closer to a supermarket so didn't buy as much take away. However my room was very basic and did not have any cooking equipment available. For eg had to buy a bowl to have cereal.
Friendly service, clean room, quiet area, great location and reasonable cost. My fav aspect was definitely the location, about 5 min walk to ferry to Circular Quay and from there free to explore the city and surrounding areas using public transport.
