Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SingaporeMaybe can lighten the main doors as it is difficult to pull it open as so tight especially if u have 1 hand trying to open it.
The location is quite central to move around to the other restaurants n cafes n train station etc. Lucky the lady clerk was able to extend my last day stay for another hour as my flight was at 3.40pm. The chambermaids were hardworking n take in my request to change new towels.

AustraliaI didn't like that we had no microwave no plates bowls no knives forks or spoons and no exhaust fan in bathroom to clear the steam. It cost us $15 a night more than last room we had for only 2 people whereas last time we had 3 people and this room was half the size

AustraliaThe state of the carpet, unfortunately let this once wonderful Hotel, down. The carpet is badly needed of replacement. That is why I gave ‘Cleanliness’ as low score - only for this. The carpet up the stairs are fraying & worn. It’s an ‘old gentleman’ Hotel . Could be made grander by replacing carpet. My room on 2nd floor had a very small window (alley way?) that you could no open or see through so very little natural light came through & no fresh air either. The bedroom is clean & good size + own bathroom. Has everything you needed.
No breakfast mentioned. I am gluten intolerant so so just brought my own food from a Convenience store a few doors away. Very central to everything: food, etc. Great at reception & explained what the Hotel offered + rules & regulations + $250 deposit. The wonderful guy at Reception help me when I could not find M/C at first Has a space (basic) near the reception that you can sit if you don’t want to stay in your room.
