Room felt very cramped, breakfast was pretty dismal, overcooked and tasteless frozen crap. For the price I expected more. There are better places to stay for the price.

Card access not necessary to access guest room floors. As a consequence I was woken up at 05:30 by a person yelling and bashing on my neighbours door to let them in.

The breakfast situation was overwhelming. You were encouraged to pre-book, but it was so full, that you could only book for really early in the morning. It was not set out very well and very crowded. I think they were remodeling something in the hotel, but that would have been nice to know before booking.

Close to public transportation and within walking distant of restaurants, shops and a mall. Lovely lobby and comfortable room. We even found a great little, quiet spot to play a family board game for a few hours.

He room we stayed has got tiling issues ; when having a shower, water was on the floor not flowing into the drain so have to wipe off with towel.

Some noise as we were on the third floor and kids went past on the way to pool. Air con was located around from the bedroom and wasn't as effective.

The pillows were extremely uncomfortable and almost too soft, so woke up with a sore neck. In the shower even with the door closed properly the water seeped out and saturated the bath mat which you stood to dry on

Outside of the property near the steps was very dirty and had a very foul smell.. enterance from the street was also very hard to find. We also missed out on using the pool as by the time we got back to the hotel from our event it was closed. Would be good to leave it open till midnight.

Walking distance to a lot of prime locations, was clean and the staff were so lovely and helpful.. place was gorgeous inside.

Only thing I wasn’t keen on was the bathroom door. Was frosted glass but faced the beds and was quite see through.

Getting from foyer to rooms was complicated & required 2 different lifts

Accessible room, bathroom was great, easy to manoeuvre wheelchair. Staff were helpful & attentive, couldn’t fault them

The bar that was in the hotel, did not make a good impression. The staff behind the bar were more interested in chatting to their friends that had come in, instead of looking after the other patrons. Took way to long to make two cocktails and then they weren't worth the money that was paid for them, bit of a buzz kill for the end of the night

Room was great, bed comfortable, clean. No issues with check in or out. And all the staff were good in the hotel. And the location was amazing for us for what we needed the accomodation for!

A bit of construction going on outside, not sure what and the restaurant was being renovated but neither were of any major inconvenience. Overall a great stay.

The room we were in had great views, which of course we paid for, the room was comfortable and the location of the Crowne Plaza was excellent. Only a short walk to most things or hop on the free city tram outside if going into the city.

The food choice was very, very limited in both the restaurants, cafes and room service which made ordering food with kids very difficult. The opening hours of the restaurant/dive bar were not great Limited.pool side chairs Being charged $5 every time we ordered room service was ridiculous A light in the bathroom under the sink which could not be turned off which made the room too light to sleep.in No.information provided at all (by staff at check in or in the rooms) about hotel.facilities, where to find them, local restaurants, where to watch fire works etc No gowns.in the rooms to wear to the swimming pool
