The wine and food options available in the cottage were great, beds were super comfy and bath was so relaxing. Highlight was walking around the property and meeting the chickens!

The facilities outside of the cottage were not well maintained....the deck at the back of the cottage needed replacement, overgrown gardens, shed with rusty unusable bikes for hire. The reception was never hosted by the owners.

Beautiful cottage beside a large pond surrounded by an amazing garden as part of a large property. The place was secluded but close to the main road. Great locations for walks.

Long driveway with plants lining sides and causeway in the middle. I'm definitely glad we bought our 4wd, a smaller car may get stuck.

Great little spot in Kangaroo Valley. Owner was lovely to engage with. Thoughtful touches like local loaf of bread in the room.

The room needed airing when we arrived…essential oils would have been a pleasant touch. We also expected healthier options for our breakfast, perhaps some fruit, yoghurt and whole grain cereal. We needed to supplement what was given. Also, apart from a short walk around the property, shops and walking activities were only accessible by car. Crystal Creek Meadows is situated on the corner of two very busy roads, there are no paths outside its boundary.

The view from our unit, ‘Billabong’ was very pretty, overlooking a lily pond. The bathroom was stylish, with a view from the bath. The reception area was not consistently manned, however, those we spoke to were always very pleasant and helpful.

The tv had really poor reception and we could only get about five channels which included the picture and the sound. There were probably about another five stations where we could only get the sound which was strange and frustrating. That was the only down side.

I liked the décor, the artisan bread and cultured butter for breakfast, the bathtub, the comfy cushions on the sofa, the china teacups, the fresh milk, option for eggs, the anzac cookies, the timtams and especially the woodfire.

Air conditioner was difficult to use. Food supplies provided but not right cooking supplies to cook them (Pancakes batter without spatula or flat bottom pan)

The kitchen was functional albeit quite small - we self-catered on both nights due to the lack of suitable restaurants open on a Monday and Tuesday evening in the area and managed to juggle the use of available space. We upgraded to the deluxe package for $250 which added some nice touches, but it didn’t offer great value for money in our opinion.

Great location and good for peace and relaxation. The cottage was well equipped and extremely comfortable. The bed and pillows, both of good quality ensured a great nights sleep. The bathroom along with the various botanics to scent the bath water were very much appreciated after a days walking. Dinner on the deck in the evening was a delight.

Car had parked in my driveway; no staff at reception and no response when I could not find the driveway off the main road. They need a light to show it - it was very very dangerous and the owner did not respond when it was only 6pm

We booked a stay at Crystal Creek Meadows from 29/12 to 31/12, confirmed our arrival details with the host, and everything seemed fine. However, a day before our trip, the host informed us of a problem with our reservation. According to them, Booking.com duplicated our booking for the same dates and suggested changing it. Despite explaining that changing the reservation was impossible due to pre-paid car arrangements and limited availability for our friends, the host assured us the issue was resolved. Upon arrival at Crystal Creek Meadows, we were informed there were no available rooms due to another Booking.com duplication glitch. This was highly frustrating as we had planned the trip well in advance, spent money, and endured a two-hour journey. Finding alternative accommodation on short notice proved challenging. The host, visibly upset, assisted us in finding another place, taking around two hours, plus an additional hour to reach the new location (originally planned for Kangaroo Valley, but relocated to Burradoo due to limited availability). While fortunate to secure last-minute accommodation, the experience was disappointing. The host mentioned it was the third occurrence under their management. We lost time and money, and our planned activities in Kangaroo Valley took much longer to reach than expected. As a loyal Booking.com user, I've never faced such issues before. I urge you to investigate and address this promptly to prevent similar problems for others. Your urgent attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Best regards,

Beautiful small quiet cottage. Received a call from Adam to check what time we will be arriving. Helped us in when we arrived as it was late. We had fresh bread, eggs and milk which was lovely. My kids loved going to see the chickens.

Everything about this accomodation was outstanding. The cottage was just so lovely and had everything you could possibly need plus many extra little luxuries. Probably one of the best places I have ever stayed in. Lovely surroundings as well and very private. They really have a way of paying attention to little details. Three people in my family are gluten free and the food they provided was outstanding! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
