United KingdomThe hotel is beautiful but the music playing is extremely loud and this makes it difficult to appreciate and enjoy the beach and pools. The staff allows people to play music on their own speakers and this makes for a lot of loud noise when it could be instead an oasis of relaxation, which is what I was hoping to find.
The place has well kept gardens with a variety of flora and fauna that shows that the hotel cares for the environment. The service and attention from the staff was very good, efficient and genuine.

The junior suite is huge and it can accommodate up to 5 people, with a separate room with a king bed. The location is very quiet and you can relax. The pools are very nice and refreshing. The staff is very kind

There should be more offered in the all-inclusive package, i.e. only black coffee was included in the cafeteria, whilst other very common drinks like cappuccino, lattes, etc., were only offered as additional cost. 2. No availability of any water sports equipment. 3. The gym was temporary arranged in an events room, with few equipment and no towels or tissues for cleaning.

Great private beach that is chill, the staff inside the resort is great and helpful and the buffet is actually really good! Big spacious rooms with A/C, great pools and bar staff. Recommend for anyone staying in cartagena area.

New ZealandOne of the lifts had a musty smell and there where quite a lot of mosquitos which was not ideal. Assume this may have been due to the recent rain because it was the rainy season.
The Pools were amazing, and the Beach was beautiful with a nice easy walk onto the beach. It was amazing and fun for the kids, family friendly.

ColombiaThere wasn't always toilet paper in all the stalls in the bathrooms near the pools, these could have been refilled more often. Also when we were leaving there was construction in the reception area so we had to detour around it and that path wasn't covered so we go soaked from the rain.
The pools were a great family friendly experience. Beach was steps away from the resort. There were plenty of options at the buffet. Loved that you could get fresh beach towels throughout the day.

Colombiathe beach has a VIP area and for accessing each guest should pay additional to the fee (this VIP area in the beach doesn’t have anything different from the other) - no reason go it to be there, also if they have VIP access & services they should inform that to the guests in the check in

United StatesThe A/C in our room was horrible. It had a bad freon leak or something... we would complain about it and they would come and "fix" it, it would improve but half a day later it would go back to the same. The hotel never offered us to change our room since it was apparently sold out, also one of the employees told us that is how an A/C works and we should lower our expectations as if he thought we are not familiar with Air conditioning. (Also had family in 2 other rooms and theirs cooled mighty fine). It just got hard to sleep at night with small kid and a 7 month old baby. Also don't like their towel system. Most all inclusive you don't have to haul towel cards around to be able to use them and constantly getting reminded you'll have to pay 60.000 pesos if you lose one. Usually they just either give it to you or they have a bar code they can scan on your guest band. Making sure you didn't lose them got a bit annoying.
Loved the all inclusive concept and how easy it is. Super and attentive friendly staff. Nice huge pools.

This hotel is perfect for some family holidays. The beds are excellent! The staff is amazing and the food is great taking into consideration that they prepare massive amounts of food every day. The chef and staff at Nativo restaurant deserves a big applause, the food is GREAT!!!
