Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaThe fact that I do not ever feel welcomed here despite numerous stays.
Because its dry season they are ripping everyone off including locals like me, I stay there regularly and they never ever call me by name and act as though this is my first stay. They make me feel foolish, they look foolish. The only reaon I stay here is because it is so handy to the airport and they have pretty nice rooms

AustraliaFor $500 a night the room was horrible. It was less that a standard room. It should have cost $120 a night. I nearly cried that I spent so much money and that was the standard. When advising reception they did not care or do anything helpful. Actually felt sick spending that amount of money on such a low standard.

For the amount of money we paid the room was a B grade family room that was worth $130 not $470 per night. Bathroom was dirty, fly screen non door was broken the outdoor area was dirty, someone tried to get into my room at 3.30am in the morning and frightened myself and my daughter that we could'nt sleep for the rest of the night. I would'nt reccommend this motel I'm afraid.

AustraliaFaux service and negging by staff member during check in. We arrived at 1pm with check in being from 2pm. Instead of either accommodating us or telling us that we would need to wait (either of which were acceptable to us) the staff member said "well, you're very early so we'll need to see if there is a room ready". Just shut up and have a look! Don't make me feel bad. If it's ready great. If it's not, just say so.
Pool was nice. Room was clean. Easy access to the airport made it convenient as we had an early morning flight.

Arrived into Darwin at 1am. The hotel shuttle promptly picked us up. Our room was ready upon arrival. Very nice buffet breakfast. Darwin is a great winter destination for Australia! Many free water parks and play areas for children. No rain and 31C temperatures during the day. What is not to love!!
