You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IsraelThe cappuccino in the breakfast was for an extra charge. I don't mind paying 35 pesos for coffee, but it seems odd since the breakfast itself is so rich, and the process of paying for it felt awkward.

United StatesThere was a string of lights right above the window of my room, and the light from them leaked around the blackout screen. The waiter at breakfast was quite unpleasant .
The staff was courteous and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room has one wall that is solid glass: it doesn’t open but lets in filtered light through one screen and has a blackout screen to block out light at night. It is extremely quiet.

MexicoVery clean bright and quiet, the overall is very enjoyable. There is a terrasse and a swimming pool at the back. It's 2 blocks away from the lovely zocalo. Parking is easy. Beds are very comfy and the breakfast is delicious 😊
