Not enough bathrooms for the number of guests. The property is units that have been converted to multi-person rooms, however it leaves 8 people per “unit” with a single bathroom and combined toilet with no alternatives.

The bed had a doona that wasn't very much wider than the bed and no top sheet. So it was either too hot or too cold.

Despite being older folks, all the young people were lovely to us. The room was sparsely but adequately furnished, very clean and had a lovely little balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The private bathroom was roomy and the shower excellent. It was also extremely quiet at night.

On booking.com the twin room picture is the 1st one attached on this review, the 2nd is what we got! I asked for a blanked and told i have to pay a deposit as people steal them! The room was cold! I paid 320 dollars for a room with x2 bunk beds in that's 80 bucks per person for a dorm bed! rip off. I then went and am still going to booking.com as I am a genius member of booking.com and travel the world and this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed in. DONT BOOK THIS PLACE. I have also read reviews where other people have complained and the managers respond in the same manner they have just done to me, make excuses and try to reflect back to the customer that it was somewhat their problem the stay was so bad. Beyond terrible!

The beach was very accessible - just a short walk by shops and restaurants. Staff went out of their way to be helpful to me more than once.

The vibe was off. Lots of people smoking. There is nothing really going on. Seems like it is more of a long-term stay hostel. Outdoor areas seem a bit smelly and filthy. Definitely NOT worth the money

Kitchens were very small so if someone was cooking you had to wait, or faff about moving to different kitchens. Only 1 toilet and shower room per maybe 9/10 people, you could go to other sections but they were also sharing between the same amount of people. Quite unsociable, we were staying in what seemed like the staff section and no one made an effort to speak to us, seemed a bit awkward. Also not an encouraging space for people to sit together and chat (stayed for 4 nights and didn’t really get the chance to speak to anyone). Couldn’t use washers/dryers in the morning as they were for staff use only which isn’t ideal if you’re out and about most the day. Checkout is 9:30 and they made you leave by 2pm even if you couldn’t go anywhere else.

All the common area sofas/pillows felt constantly damp and dirty. No security, or anywhere to safely lock your bags away when you were out. A couple people left because of bedbugs and cockroaches. Also 25min walk from the centre

the assistant was really incapable he had two tension and didn't know anything we lost our clothes and he had no solution for us... this man was like he somkes 2kg of weed per day... the room wasn't clean the bathroom was just ok but there ins't mosquito net so it's like a shared bathroom with all little insect. the kitchen was small (fridge, space to cook...)

The proximity by the beach, the commune part W/ hammac, the big boss was really nice and helpfull

The room was very humid and smelled bad. You didn’t feel welcome. There were a lot of signs with „No pay No stay“. These reminded you,that you are not welcome after check out which is at 9:30. to stay longer at the property you have to pay. Never had anything like this.

Was perfect, the location is great close to the beach, and there is free bus every 20 minutes to the main beach and everywhere. The place had a really good vibe and amazing people. Loved every minute there

I paid 200 AUD for a double room (not shared room) for one night just to get no toiletries! They didn’t put notice in the booking page, not even a body soap (they say body wash in AU) and the male staff was rude when I tried to borrow a hairdryer. The checkout time was 9.30, which was super early. The food I stored in the fridge was also removed for not putting a name on it. Also, you have to pay an extra 15 bucks for staying at the open area after checkout. Btw, there was a cockroach in the room, and the soundproofing was very bad. I got awakened at 6 by the tenants singing downstairs.
