The BED king singles joined together! One side of bed had collapsed!! Thus room in general shouldn’t be rented out! Windows don’t open and when shades drawn in the morning you are looking straight at idioms golfing outside your window Bathroom window does open but when you stand up from toilet / or a man standing at the toilet - you can save seen thru window! If a light in in the morning / shades uo!! Gokdmfers can see you getting dressed

We had 2 non renovated rooms which are very small. However they were very reasonably priced and all we needed for a quick stop over.

Lovely facility on a fabulous golf course.

The location is good as we played golf twice. The rooms and facilities are very old and need upgrades without effecting the character of the building. The previous time we stayed we were upstairs which was quieter.

The breakfast and bar facilities were good. Maybe the bar hours could be extended.

A few extra supplies in the kitchen would have been nice. Cutlery, tea spoons etc. I felt the buffet breakfast was a big let down. For $30 pp, it had with very limited options provided for food and drinks (let alone no alternative options for dietary requirements), food was cold, and it was inconvenient to serve a plate. I wish I had have seen the buffet before I paid for it. I would have gone elsewhere.

The room has recently been re-done. Its lovely and comfortable. The bathroom and carpet is nice and new. Beds were comfortable.

Dormie House has old world charm but needs some TLC.

All staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The food was good, especially breakfast. The deck overlooking the golf course for drinks in the afternoon was excellent.

Barman was unfriendly. Threw things across table. Not interested in customers. Rooms were very small and the carpet looked very dirty but think it was just old. Bathroom was small and shower door was partly available however did not close.

View over golfcourse from terrace. Close to downtown

The bar and restaurant was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Dormie House is going through renovating the old style and tired bedrooms, only half the rooms are renovated. We booked 2 nights and were given an old style very small bedroom which was less than ideal. We mentioned that we were disappointed with the room and the staff did their very best to move us to a beautiful, renovated bedroom for the 2nd night. The helpfulness of the staff (Susie..?) was amazing.

Golfers took the parking and I had to park around the corner. Lucky I'm a little light traveller!! Room 11 bathroom floor leaked, bath mat sopping wet when I stepped out & carpet. 2cms of water. Next morning watched the water rise from toilet end to shower, ceased shower before becoming too wet.

Staff friendly and accommodating. Location was fantastic. 9 minutes from Milbrae Farm & 15 into Bowral. Bradman Museum a must for any cricket fan
