Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

2nd time staying here so we knew what to expect. Rooms clean and comfortable and very helpful staff. Location is great for train station just around the corner. Area can be lively but that’s either a good or bad thing depending what you’re after. For us it was fine. Delayed flight resulted in us asking for late check out which was arranged. Gave us time to make use of the pool. Lovely area, open air pool with loungers and seating around it and pool towels available.

United KingdomWasn’t too keen on the blind in the bathroom that could be raised to make the shower/toilet area visible to the room but was satisfied that when it was down there was complete privacy.
We received a complimentary upgrade which was appreciated. The rooms were clean and comfortable . Bathroom was good with a spacious shower. Location is great for the train station just around the corner . Staff were very helpful and allowed us to store luggage between 2 visits as we explored a different area.

AustraliaCould not watch a movie unless I purchased it for $20. Too expensive and Netflix or Cable should have been offered free. Also this particular location is in the heart of the night club district so don't get a lower floor if you're there for quiet.
Staff were good - Most noticeably was the restaurant food. Room service was the same as the dinning room which was great. VERY well done to the chef for sending up quality in my room instead of poor quality in other hotels for room service. Food at breakfast as well had variety and a little difference. I would come back again due to the kitchen serving up GREAT food. This goes a long way in me coming back. Well done!! Pumpkin filled pasta was top restaurant quality and delicious.

New ZealandPool was in the shade come the afternoon and combined with a strong breeze meant we didn't swim. Not much more not to like. Be aware that Northbridge is not the most salubrious of locations. Busy street with nightclubs and similar which could have been noisy for those on the lower floors facing the road. High level rooms no problem with noise though. Panoramic room not really panoramic. Looking out on to office roofs but not a hardship.
Excellent room with super comfy bed and pillows as expected at Hilton hotels. Shower was pretty good with a moveable head. Pressure could have been stronger but plenty of hot water. Good sized room and bathroom. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Bottles of water available. Good gym (not used on this occasion) with aircon.
