Only down fall I’d say was that furniture could do with an update - cupboards mostly.

The room was comfortable. The couch so the best couch I’ve ever sat on, super comfy. The bed was nice and soft. The amenities were exceptional.

We found a big cockroach in the bathroom in the middle of the night. However, we know that this cannot be avoided completely, especially during warm and humid weather. When we raised our finding with the Owners the next day, they responded kindly and professionally, and they immediately came to treat the unit with an extra scent spray as well so that it stays pleasant. We received the pesticide spray to stay with us during our stay. All this completely alleviated our concerns and we felt valued and respected. A great experience!

We stayed in a very neat, clean room where we were felt welcome and at home. Prime location, close to so many things. The owners are kind and professional. We loved the ambient atmosphere of Restaurant 22, which is part of the facilities. Thank you for everything! ;)

We didn’t have breakfast & the restaurant was closed due to flower festival functions. The room service was ok as was the food. The indoor table was too small to facilitate comfortable dinner dining. One of the overhead lights in the bedroom area needed a bulb or to be repaired, so reading in bed wasn’t very comfortable. We could have used more cooking utensils & containers. The large supply of tea & coffee was very welcome & much appreciated

We really liked this place. Room is big and very clean, comfy beds. The option to have a breakfast delivered into the room was very handy. Great location, easy parking, lovely staff. We will definitely be back next time.

The bathroom doornob is very hard to open. We all had a bit panic attack trying to open that door. The baby cot does not come with a soft matress, just a base platform, but we were lucky because we brought our own in case.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. We travelled with our baby and needed to check in early to be able to attend a wedding on time. It was fully booked that weekend and the staff still managed to let us check in before 2pm. Really appreciated. While my Mother-in-law was helping babysit in the motel, she ordered a room-serviced dinner and she said the food was divine. The family room is spacious and valuable for its price and location. It provides a baby cot (with no sofe matress though) and a high chair.

We would have preferred bedside tables and lights each side.

Very comfortable room, the bed in particular. We ordered room service and the meal was prompt and very tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was right outside the room.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

The room and bathroom were both large, with a comfortable king size bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good with just a 10 minute walk to the nearent shopping centre.

Some in our group thought the mattresses may need to be replaced but ours was fine. I wanted our group to pay for their accommodation individually when we got there (after I booked through booking.com) but the receptionist said that it’s all been charged to my card so the group can just fix me up. I’ve never had that happen before as they’ve just held my card incase not charged it straight up. Not a biggy but just annoying for me to chase up money from the group.

We liked the location as we had a function to attend nearby. The position of the rooms were good. The bathrooms were a good size as were the rooms themselves. The rooms were very clean & comfortable.
