The stairs. There were barely any utensils in the kitchen. I bought a toaster, sponges, knives,breadboard,baking tray for oven and tea towels. Didn’t like certain Europeans who took all the watermelon and loaves of bread everyday.

It fit us all in and was so clean and really comfortable.

We ask to leave the baggage in the hotel 1 week after we checked out, cause we had a flight 23:00. They allowed us to do that.

The only thing was the smell of garbage from somewhere near the hotel. Please notice that it wasn't constant but sometimes, depending on the direction of the wind, we could feel it quite bad.

The staff was very kind. The location is good, not too far from the beach and main streets. Our apartment was very spacious and very convenient for our family with two children.

The breakfast needs improvement. I tried it 2 times and decided to pay to eat at other locations. My rooftop jacuzzi was basically unusable there wasn't enough water in it for it to be filtered so it was full of bugs and when i asked someone to fill it, they didn't add any chemicals so the water turned green but then it leaked all the water that was added so once again there was not enough water to reach the filter. The Air Conditioning unit for my bedroom was stuck on the coldest setting and caused me to freeze all night long.

The location was great. The ocean views from the rooftop were superb.

Breakfast should be till 10.30am not 10am,when your on holidays you want to relax not wake up early to have the breakfast on holidays, I stayed in Baan Sailom Hotel Phuket for 12nights before I checked in phunawa Resort Phuket and there breakfast is till 11am.its a good time

It was away from Centre of Karon, quite area, good breakfast, comfortable room, nice staff, only 12 minutes walk to the beach, there's a kids club, big pool

During our stay the spa was empty, kids club left in un attended (Messy) Location might seem bit far but it’s ok for the amount paid for.

Quiet, peaceful and not a bad idea for a short break away from the hustle of patong. Kids friendly hotel. Walking distance to Karon beach Swimming pool was great and the kids enjoyed it An amazing receptionist helped us during check out and managed to get us a taxi

Bathroom had a leak coming from the ceiling. Air conditioner made a loud clicking noise. There was not enough seating for a family of 4. There was no table or bar stools only a small couch and single chair. Pool closed too early.Non master’s bedroom bathroom water was cold and water pressure was too low. They said they had cable but no cable.

The breakfast was ok. Omelet station, fruit, coffee and juice, cereal, sausage, salad bar and pastas. The room was clean and bug free. The pool was nice. Staff was friendly. Free shuttle to Karon beach daily.

There was upkeep needed with the property as with a lot of other reviews, but nothing that made the stay unpleasant.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Staff helped booked day trips and provide information for us and were very nice.

The bar could have been open for longer hours since guests may expect to wind down with few drinks and then go to sleep.

I loved the very efficient and homely environment of the resort. Ofcourse all facilities were as per our expectation. The attitiude of the staff, in particular the manager Minni and her colleagues Kang and Ming, was exceptional. I really appreciate the fact that Minni goes out of her way to ensure a very enjoyable stay for her guests. I look forward to visit them again!

The only issue that we had was that some of the fixtures in the room were not working or broken. The kitchen seemed to be the area where this was most noticeable - loose taps and refridgerator panels. The resort did apologize and comped us meals to make up for this.

The property was very comfortable and relaxing. I really enjoyed the spaciousness of the rooms, the quiet atmosphere, and the extra touches added. The staff were beyond helpful and kind. The services they provided my family with made all the difference. This was the second time we stayed on this resort, and despite it being an older resort with small inconvenient quarks, we will book with them again!

Bed was hard The showers in rooms were poor possibly low pressure but I suspect a good. Clean to remove any lime scale would of helped. Restaurant/ breakfast area felt very cafeteria like Basic food and basic decor. A few plants a few nice light fitting wouldn't go a miss. That being said, we paid about £45 a night b&b for a couple I was under the illusion that Thailand was cheap so maybe expected more

The rooms are lovely and spacious perfect for couples or families. We had a full kitchen in our apartment but only come with 2 of each cutlery, glasses and cups. There was no plates, utensils or any other kitchen equipment. The bed mattresses was so hard. Lovely private stay with rooftop jacuzzi, perfect place for chilling out.

The breakfast was limitid. For example no cheese no croissant. I have to ask to upgrade the room as the one was shown in booking is different than the one I was given. This was taken care by reciption staff after spending 30 minutes calling the manager. After they change the room it was better. The furniture is old.
