The screens and ceiling fans could do with a clean.

The villa was lovely, beautifully decorated. The outside area was lovely and the pool just at our back door was so clean. We used the barbecue, clean and easy to use.

We had a wonderful time at edges on beaches. With the pool right at your door step and beach access not to far away of a walk. A short drive to main street agnes Waters and 1770. Stayed in a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom poolside. Fresh, cosy, clean and wonderfuly decorated

The property was in a great location, a short walk to the beach and shops were easily accessible. Great size, clean and the staff/owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The couch looked comfortable but perhaps not so much. No coffee table so when watching TV you needed to balance your cup or glass on a kitchen chair. Certainly not a deal breaker.

The swimming pool off the back deck was the highlight for us. We thoroughly enjoyed that. The condo was nicely equipped with thoughtful additions like syran wrap and tin foil. Kitchen well equipped and easy to use.

There was nothing we didn’t like!

Whilst the location was a bit of a trek from the shops, the pool right outside the room made up for it! Also a great restraint bar within a few minutes walk! We were made to feel so welcome by Gary, he was great, so easy to deal with!

Backed onto the main road so could not have the door open or sit on the patio without a lot of traffic noise. It was peak season however. Apartment is a little tired looking. Scuffed walls and dodgy kitchen bar wired in stove. neighbours who feel it’s ok for their kids to be slamming front doors at 6 in the morning but that’s not the property’s fault.

Extremely comfortable bed. Facilities good. Apartment had what we needed.

The fact that we were woken up by people doing Bomb driving into the pool and yelling right in front of our unit 40 at 11:15pm Saturday 2nd December 2023 was not happy

When we entered the room we both went wow , this is great but got better as we went through the room top the outside overlooking the pool . This place was well maintained clean comfortable and just perfect for a weekend away with no fuss .

Cooker top and oven was in a cupboard, too big for us to lift out (we are elderly). There was a microwave which was all we needed. The dining setting was lovely but the settings were high stools and high table which proved difficult for us to use.

Well appointed villa, located beside a heated pool area with a pleasant outlook. Very clean and airy. Really comfortable bed, adequate furniture and kitchen was small but functional. Ceiling fans and air conditioning were good as was the large TV with extra programmes. The outdoor patio had seating and table for 4 it also gave direct safe access to the pools . Washing machine and drier were supplied and a good double shower unit.. Gary the manager, was very helpful and attentive.

Everything. One of the best holidays homes we’ve ever stayed in. Had everything we needed and more. Was a huge two bedroom home with all our needs. Kitchen was huge, big fridge, massive bedrooms, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Honestly it felt like home. And not to mention the 4 pools at out front door. Will stay every time we decide to visit 1770.

I spent a week in a poolside unit and had the most relaxing beautiful time. Lovely unit, well situated and beautiful decor and staff. I have already recommended Edge on Beaches to my friends and family. I'll be back!
