Emu Apartments was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. We had a 1 bedroom apartment, the King size bed felt like heaven. AAA+ would stay here again without hesitation. Dealt with 2 different staff in reception, absolutely wonderful. Every single staff member - Cleaners and management and tradie (Plumber) everyone was friendly, acknowledged us (my mum & I) & said hello, it was wonderful.

bit more care on the outside. awning out the back covered in leaf litter from trees.it was not just a couple of days build up. no slip mats as standard in bathrooms. no rails in the bathrooms to help elderly, not fully abled to use bathroom easily.

great sized apartment! clean inside. well presented. traveling with elderly parents so asked housekeeping for anti slip mat for the shower and the delivered it within 5 minutes. lovely staff.

No bag trollies, we had one of the last units and was a very long walk carring a lot of luggage. We were close to the town centre but far from the pool. Too many stairs about the place.

The room was very spacious, lots of room for five. Pleanty of beds, comfy and pillows were best I have ever had in a hotel room. Kitchen is fully equipped, thou small fridge. Room even had a washing machine and dryer. A very lovely room. Would stay again

I liked Everything, Perhaps More inclusion of local Aboriginal communities may bridge the gap.

Quite roomy accommodation with 3 separate levels. downstairs was lounge, middle level kitchen and dining and upstairs was bedroom and toilets. Liked the spacious layout of the apartment. The Town square which includes the supermarket, cafe, souvenir shop and other shops was conveniently located about 20 steps away from my room (Room236) Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable about local information and go out of their way to help you out to ensure that you have a great experience from the time you land, when you get picked up by the shuttle bus to the hotel right up to the time you get dropped back to the airport on your departure. All reception staff including Marika, Tara are all very friendly ladies. Everyone at the Ayers Rock Resort are Super Friendly and helpful including tour guides and support staff. theres no sense of competition between tour companies when it comes to helping visitors. Each one of them was happy to point out where the right tour bus was or where to get the right information for the correct tour operators. Beautiful People, Infrastructure and ambience at the Resort.

The family apartment was exactly what we needed after a long drive from coober pedy. Extremely clean, cool, relaxing environment. The room even had a washing machine to catch up on road trip washing. Although it was extremely hot, the pool was amazing, the local amenities including IGA supermarket was a welcome sight. Staff were really friendly, definitely be returning in cooler weather.

The bedroom bed was fine. Our son (30+) was on the sofa couch. He complained the mattress was too thin and he could feel the springs.

That we couldn't stay longer!

Absolutely everything! Spacious, very well appointed, super comfy bed, spotlessly clean (we were even serviced during our 5 nite stay). The apartment contained ALL you needed & more. The washing machine wasn't working - fixed the same day. & a broken mug was replaced likewise. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Perfect location for tour pickups, next door to the stunning GOCA, only a few minutes to the town square & shops. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
