Everything was fine. The apartment is very spacious with 2 bedrooms and all you need . Location very good.

Maybe heated poles in ski room would have been a bonus. Or something for drying ski gloves. But we've managed.

Excellent apartments, cleaned every couple of days, all the utilities present, even infrared sauna in the bathroom! Very comfortable. Ski room has separated lockers per room with an option to put a lock on, but even without the lock it prevents boots mix-ups like happened to us elsewhere, so very useful. And huge balcony, though at winter temperatures not used a lot. Walking distance from Giggijochbahn and Spar.

The kitchen was well equipped with a fridge, stove and a microwave. but it didn't have an oven. So cooking larger meals or e.g. heating up frozen pizzas is not possible. Otherwise the apartment was excellent!

Regina's Alpenlogde apartment was nicely decorated, very comfortable, well equipped and clean. We lived in apartment no. 2, which has two floors: downstairs has a kitchen/living room and one bedroom. Upstairs, another bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. The bathroom was very well equipped with a separate shower and bath and toilet. Everything was very well maintained and clean. Skis and skiing boots had their own storage area at the entrance to the building, which was great as there was no need to carry snowy/wet equipment to the apartment itself. The location was peaceful as the apartment was a little bit outside of the busiest town center but well located within walking distance of the Giggijoch lift station. Perfect for families! Close to the apartment is Salino's restaurant that had excellent pizzas (also gluten free). Other restaurants were located in the town center.

Nothing that we didn’t like, but rather tiny things that draw attention: a coat hanger was in the middle of the apartment (one has to pass the living room and corridor to reach it) - not a big deal, but maybe some sort of standing hanger right at the entrance would have been nice. Cleaning is not very thorough (we found someone’s dirty sock behind the curtain), cleaning during our stay consisted of only change of towels and removal of trash every 2 days. Since there is a charge for that (€150 for a week), I would say a cleaning with lower frequency, but more thorough would bring more value).

Perfect location (away from loud bars but still very close to gondolas), comfortable apartment, most things are either new or well maintained, staff very helpful and responded quickly, there is also an opportunity to use spa facilities in the sister hotels (which we didn’t use, but was good to have it). We really enjoyed our stay.

Apartment wall insulation was not on high level, it was easy to hear noise from corridoor and from neighbourghs.

Very modern and spacious apartment, a lot of facilities available. Also allowed to use more facilities outside our apartment like the spa.

Ski storage room did not have heated shoe rack and was not well equipped to store our skis and snowboards. We ended up using ski storage room right next to the Giggijoch lift which had heated racks.

We initially went to Regina DeLux as it was stated on the booking confirmation only to discover that it was closed. We then had to figure out that there's another Regina hotel towards other end of the village and guessed that we have to go there. That was the right guess but wasted us time. It will be very helpful to state clear instructions re keys collection for future guests so that they do not repeat our experience.

Photos of room here on booking doesn't match to all apartments of similar size (big apt with 2 bedrooms), we didn't have "living room with couch", sitting together on kitchen chairs is not always comfortable.

Apartment house very close to Giggijochbahn station. Parking either in front of building or in the garage. Apartment was relatively big, nice bathroom, kitchen equipped with all necessary items. Comfy beds.

drying clothes after skying was a little tricky as only underfloor heating in the apartment. and an actual oven would have been useful

lovely brand new, very clean and spacious apartment, use of swimming pool and sauna in the sister hotel was a unexpected bonus. Really close to gondola and few minutes walk from the centre

Slightly awkward as the keys for the lodge were instructed to be picked up from Regina's alp deluxe, however that reception was closed so I had to go to another at Regina hotel superior a further 15 minute walk. Total walk from apartment was 30 minutes.

Fantastic property in excellent location. A bonus is the use of the spa facilities in the Alp Deluxe Apartments.

All the doors were very well insulated, EXCEPT the outdoor. So all the noises from the corridor were quite loud. So not a very big problem, but I just wanted to mention it.

Great location, enough space for four. Clean and modern, large balcony. Just right for a week of skiing. Just loved it!

Illumination of apartment is rather poor. There is a lot of lights, but they do not give enough power for reading. My wife was reading a book in a bath hub (without water) as bathroom lights were the most powerful. No place where to store shoes.

We had to collect keys in a different place, distant approx. 2 km away from the apartment, though it was an easy deal, because front desk lady called in advance and explained where to go. Apartment excelled what we expected - nicely decorated (natural wood), clean and spacious. Our teenager daughter had private sleeping room with her own TV. I especially enjoyed large balcony with superb mountain views, we you can have a smoke and a a cup of coffee. Wi-Fi was quite fast. Especially large bathroom, with shower, bath hub and infrared heaters to warm your bones. Kitchen was fully equipped including espresso machine. Beds were comfortable and wide. It seems that hosts did not saved while erecting this property. We were pleasantly surprised that maids were cleaning apartment each second day and gave us fresh towels (lots of towels). There is modern ski equipment storage room in a basement, reachable by elevator. Car park is in underground garage, or in front of the hotel (I preferred underground, even it's quite complicate to drive in with a large car).
