The room was a little old and the bathroom smelled a little. Unfortunately we were also near the aircon condensers which were outside so it was a little noisy.

Was nice to get a free drink, and the location was pretty convenient. Overall was a comfortable one night stay.

Had dinner at the Bistro and the staff were really accommodating with great customer service especially the Asian gentleman at the bar. Everyone was so courteous and polite. When we checked in, the new Front Desk Receptionist was very helpful, kind and went out of her way to help us. The room was clean and I agree with all the feedback about the pillows. It was so comfy.

this stay mentions you receive two welcome drinks on arrival, this did not happen and should be removed as it is false advertising! the batteries for the air con were dead so we swapped it with the tv remote we stood on one side of the bistro for over 10 minutes before we found a worker that we could ask about ordering and were then told that we would need to go to the other side, as we have never been here before we had no idea that one side is closed during the day as there were people seated there. staff were ok, checking in was weird as the reception is a little window next to the casino area

The room we booked could not be locked when we were leaving tried for almost 30mins call staff the assistant manager came and tried but failed, so he told ask we can go while they get someone to fix the door that delay all my meetings and also the plans furthermore I gave my number to call once fixed ,no one called very bad managed. I was told to speak to the manager called Lachel the nxt day and she did not get back to me.I have called her several times but staff always says she's not around or busy even left my number but no reply.

Booked a room that said Queen and Single bed. The hotel even confirmed in the messages that they had the room configurations, and it wasn't a problem. Turned up and it was a Queen only room. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The room was falsely advertised. I had to book another hotel room across the road as we had 2 guests. Oh they also overcharged us $189 instead of $167. Booking.com refunded the overcharge but the hotel wouldn't give a refund. My advice, stay at the Best Western across the road. Happy to upload all communications and screenshots of messages and bookings if they question this review.

There is car park space just in front of the hotel, the facilities look almost brand new and the inside is very clean, the bed is comfortable with two pillows/pre-person.
