Nothing really. All the facilities were available, some issues with kids not placing the play equipment (balls, rackets etc) after use but that's more to do with the other guests not following the rules.

It is located in the a very peaceful and quiet location however you are close to everything if you want to go for a drive. Its close to Evans Lookout plus all the attractions that Blue mountains are famous for. The cottage along with the facilities are very well managed and more than enough for a family vacation.

what a spot!!! incredible - perfect for families with so many activities, room to run around and play, fire pit was fabulous. the cabins were a great size and linen was lovely. the staff were also the most welcoming and friendly we’ve experienced in a long time. highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back (even though we were only in town for a family wedding and had driven from Brisbane!)

The facilities were fantastic. So much for the kids and family to do. Pool, games room, tennis court, fire pit and plenty of board games and DVD's for rainy days. It was clean and the staff were extra friendly and helpful.

Loved the fire pit, BBQ facilities, lots of space to play sport and run around for kids. The rooms were clean and comfy. Beautiful quiet location. The lady at the reception was friendly and helpful.

Although part of the location, there were roaches. We 100% know this was location and not due to cleanliness but others may not be so lenient. The shower in the cabin was incredibly small and fine for the two nights we were there, it means we wouldn’t consider a long stay unfortunately.

The bed (double). It was pretty uncomfortable. A couple of cushions on each of the sofas would be nice for comfort. However it was an excellent stay and we will be back.

The real getaway feel, smart bonfire and pool 'island' concept, so it's all a peaceful setting, nice to have a tennis court too. Awesome showers!

Pool could of been warmer, we had a wild windy night, which made the sky light in the house suck up and down which was really loud and scared the kids a bit.

Honestly there was nothing we didn't like - we absolutely loved every bit of our stay and didn't want to leave when it came time to go home - just makes us want to get back there even sooner! Can't wait :)

We stayed in the Pine Lodge room number 5 it was fantastic! The room had all the facilities we needed and there are plenty of DVDs at reception to borrow. The swimming pool is really nice and kept at a temperature to make it appropriate to swim at any time, the games room has a pool table and many other things, tennis rackets and balls to use on the courts, plus a basketball ring and volleyball net - there was no shortage of things to do. There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer (free to use) which was very convenient, a share BBQ area and a fire pit! The grounds itself are really nice to walk around in too it very scenic, peaceful and quiet. Jess is a fantastic host, really lovely and very helpful - we will definitely be coming back!

There was nothing to dislike, the whole experience was exceptional.

Comfortable and private, we like our privacy and enjoyed not being disturbed during our stay and the staff were extremely helpful when needed. The whole stay was relaxing and comfortable.
