We’ve stayed at the Four Seasons Sydney Hotel a couple of times now and every stay we are always so thrilled. The staff are always friendly, polite, professional and always up for a conversation. From the time that we drive up to entrance and when we walk to the front desk for check in, we are always greeted with a warm welcome. Moreover, the attention to detail in this hotel is impressive. The level cleanliness in our room is hard to beat and the complimentary water and chocolates adds a special touch to the experience. The in-room dining menu is delightful even the over night menu had various choices of food that is actually proper meals and not just little snacks and nibbles, which I appreciate highly! We are always looked after here and the staff goes above and beyond. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, I don’t have a hard time with falling and staying asleep when we stay here. In fact, it makes it hard for us to leave! I’ll have to ask the staff for the brand you have for your bedding because I want it in my own home. Lastly, we are always looked after here and the staff goes above and beyond. The level of service & care that Four Seasons Hotel Sydney continues to deliver to their customers are unmatched. It’s definitely a hotel that takes pride in customer service and luxury. Looking forward to many more staycations here!

Just for a 5 star hotel we expected a few more things in the bathroom for gents like shaving accessories. Tooth brush n toothpaste etc.

Everything was wonderful and thank you for the complimentary bottle of champagne, it was a lovely gesture.

Unsure whether you can do anything about it however lifts were very slow.

The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable with choice of pillows. Location excellent as we were travelling on a cruise from Circular Quay, also hotel is in walking distance to The Rocks.

The four seasons hotel likes Vintage hotel with me , but more than modern . And perfect the location , close to opera house , trains station , and tram going to straight to city . Mostly of highly recommended, if u likely higher quality in there .

Breakfast, not a pleasant environment. Unruly kids running amok, crowded, noisy and rather unpleasant for having breakfast. Why play loud music it’s not necessary? Staff were great but breakfast was a no. Will eat at one of the numerous options off premise next time.

Rooms were clean, spacious and well designed. Had a great view of the opera house and harbour. All staff members were friendly and happy to help.

There was only one restaurant, which didn’t have windows. Fine for breakfast and, once, for a quick lunch but would have liked a restaurant a bit nicer for dinner. On the other hand, there were many restaurants in easy walking distance.

Great location - easy walking distance to opera house, ferry quays and public transportation. Very nice rooms - we had a room with a large window looking over the harbor with a window seat. Very good breakfast buffet and made to order hot dishes.

Absolutely everything was perfect from start to finish. Everything from the friendly staff to the super clean and comfortable room (FS bedding remains my favourite of all time), the amazing harbour view that made it hard to leave the room, the delicious breakfast and cozy cocktail bar. FS Sydney will be our go-to for Sydney visits from now on. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special.

Our booking was for 4 nights and we had a deluxe King room on 31st floor which had great views to Sydney Harbour. The bed was fabulous and the room was very comfortable.
