The rooms weren’t as luxurious as I was expecting for the money. Our chalet really needed an extra armchair in addition to the sofa. The view was obscured by the shrubs that really needed trimming.

The location is spectacular. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

No clothes airer, not enough utensils in room, extra blankets would have been nice.

Difficult to find a meal selection in the Bistro Bar. A hamburger was not we had planned. To be fair the deep fryer was out of action which impacted the night. A drinks staff member on the floor in the Bar area appeared under trained with what was available during Happy Hour. Mix up and refund followed.

Loved the feeling of being within nature and away from others. Cabins were roomy, comfortable and clean. Staff mostly were excellent.

Terrific location and beautiful compound. Our cabin was next to Richardsons beach which had a fantastic view. Special shout out to Steffi for her excellent recommendations and assistance during our stay.

Everything! The comfortable cabins were a great size with excellent amenities right down to the heated floors. Food quality was exceptional with plenty of variety to choose from. Both staff and their service was outstanding (we particularly appreciated Corey who made us feel so welcomed). The views were amazing, with breakfast and sunset drinks overlooking the bay. Highly recommend! We will definitely return.

Beautiful, friendly place but for the money I would stay somewhere else and come for a meal.

We really splurged to stay here for one night with our family, as even in off season the nightly rate is astronomical. For the money we spent on this room, we expected the whole experience to really be a special treat. Although the room was comfortable with a good layout, the furnishings reminded us of a dorm room - very functional and sparse, and looks like they haven't been updated since 1990. No bath, just a shower (which is funny given it's a 'family' room - even my 3 year old asked 'What kind of a fancy hotel doesn't have a bath?'). The decor in the restaurant and bar is a little tacky (horrible patterned carpet, fake flower arrangements above the fake fireplace, etc). The food was pretty good, but again, for the money I'd expect it to be a super memorable meal - unfortunately beyond being 'yummy' it was really not anything to write home about. Come for the view, don't expect the interiors to match!

The location is absolutely stunning. Views from the restaurant are out of this world. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had quite a nice dinner actually (great oysters and mains and desserts were good), and breakfast included in the rate was decent. They were happy to cater for our 1 and 3 yr olds which was great, especially as our 1 year old has food allergies. High chair was ready and waiting for us at our table in the restaurant for dinner. The family cabin was a good size and layout for our family with a handy kitchenette.

The staff were outstanding. From when we arrived and David met us at reception, to when we left 3 days later, we were looked after and communicated with in an outstanding manner. We have not stayed anywhere in the world where the service is so dedicated, but also so natural.

Not much. The bistro menu was a bit plain and that was the only option other than the higher end Bay Restaurant, but for a short stay if that was the only issue, all good.

Stunning location overlooking Coles Bay with all of the cabins set in a spaced bush environment. We opted to upgrade at check in to the Coastal Pavilion as treat and while expensive was an amazing room to stay in with all walls curved timber with hidden catches on doors and your own private deck with glimpses of the water through the bush with wallabies just wandering by. Bay Restaurant was very good. Staff there were all fantastic. The Wineglass Bay boat trip will pick up from the hotel wharf which was very easy.

Honestly, my daughter’s couch bed was not very comfortable. That was it. This place is amazing.

We liked everything! This is an amazing experience. All the cabins and the hotel are perfectly integrated into the natural reserve. Very clean, friendly staff and an outstanding restaurant. And, as we were celebrating my daughter’s 18th birthday, we had a personalised card and a special gift waiting for us. Perfect.

probably the buffet breakfast could have been a bit better with some options , although there was some a'la carte menu, it wasn't what we were used to usually on our holidays . the portions were a bit big, we had to leave some , which I didn't like as I don't want to waste food.

ideal location to lots of things that people usually do around here. free parking very helpful staff and accommodative for request . Special mention to Staff at the reception and Corey at the restaurant, who gave us some very good tips to do things, very helpful with our dinner on 1st day, although we were a bit late. great guy
