Bedding is a bit hard and not comfortable pillows but the bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi is terrible in room 112. The main part of the hotel was ok.

Lovely hotel, pool and rooms ok and not too close to the noisy bars.

The outdoor staff break area seemed to be outside our room and you could hear all the talking through our door. It sometimes kept us up or woke us up. The WiFi was also quite poor but otherwise all was great.

Breakfast was amazing- a wide variety. Room was kept clean. The hotel itself is lovely. Great location.

Standard rooms are very modest. But still a very good value.

Last hotel in our stay in Istanbul, Cappadocia, and Dalaman. Wifi cant reach the room as it's the farthest from the reception No hotel service please buy your drinking water once the provided water is finished. Air condition fan cant be adjusted so too cold in the early morning, Hotel could add a centre lighting in the room as it is really dim at night. Blanket could be softer and more comfortable. Pls replace. Thank you.

There is one building new (lobby) and 2 building old a little bit and my room was far but over all the hotel is good and I think most of the hotels nxt to me are in the same condition

Actually it was my second stay at Karbel Sun Hotel.The location is perfect,It takes less than 5 minutes to the beach. Everything you need is nearby.The rooms are very clean and not noisy.Breakfast is good. The staff were all kind and helpful,especially Janna,who is very eager to help you,if a problem occurs.We arrived at 8 am and very tired and they could arrange a check-in for 11am instead of 2pm and a late check-out was also possible against a fee.I would book that Hotel again and again.

The room was very small, you can barely wash yourself in the shower cabin because it's so small, the WiFi works mostly on the balcony, the breakfast is OK, but not great, we didn't get shower gel and soap refill just the ones put in the first day.

The hotel is very close to everything in Oludeniz, it has a nice garden with pool. The last day they arranged the bed in a very nice way and put flowers,it was a pleasant surprise

1. Transfer to airport on reception in pound 45£ not lira, if charged 950 lira, if booking outside hotel, taxi 750 lira 2. Rooms garden to street Kidrak very noisy and smell of gasoline, better not open the window. it's good that reception changed the room to the garden inside, there are olives and fresh air

When asked reception for an extra pillow it took them over 1hr to bring it to the room. There was also not enough pool towels for the guests, one day we had to wait 4 hours for a towel.

- the room has an unpleasant odor, poor ventilation - In hot summer may be problems with the air conditioner, very weak. (But in September (32*)perfect) - the pool area is open until 19 or 20.

the standard number turned out to be better than my assumptions. Interior is simple, without excess, but very clean! cleaning and change of towels was daily. the breakfasts are monotonous, but everything is fresh, delicious! staff are very friendly. to my remark, when booked a room, the presence of a refrigerator was indicated, but in fact it is not in the room. in the end staff gave it to me for free, thank you so much! very beautiful area, pool and garden. the location of the hotel is great. highly recommend!

Fantastic location in Oludeniz. The hotel was very cheap when booking and it met all my expectations. We stayed in one of the modern rooms and it was beautiful. It’s a small boutique style hotel and that’s what we were looking for.

In the room was not any glasses, when I asked about it I got a refuse, because the hotel allow to use them only on the bar area.

This hotel is located near the beach. I have booked a standard room, so it was not look very beautiful, but the room was clean and big. There was a small wardrobe, but with a good amount of hangers for clothes. The bathroom was provided items for having a shower. The breakfast had a small variety of grocery.

They need the final touches of hospitality They don’t offer water /tea/coffee in the room They offer Kettle only with two carton cups for the first night only They offer shampoo ,shower gel and soap for the first night only and they don’t add when it is finished But you might get when you ask for these things. I have not asked because I expected to have by defult
