Had previously stayed at QT in queenstown and booked this based off our good experience there. Queenstown QT was quite a bit better for similar or lower price. Pillows all very high making it hard to get a good sleep. Asked for a lower one at reception, room service very quickly delivered 4 extra pillows but these were also all too high. There was a blood stain on the sheet. Jug and cups in room tiny, hard to have decent cup of tea Minifridge completely full - zero space for anything like water Overall okay but probably would go back

Facilities were ok, small cafe and indoor bar didn’t open until 4pm. Small gym and pool. Overpriced breakfast, eggs were cold, no food labels (?)

We ordered from the room service menu and we were very disappointed with the quality of the food for the price we paid. The dough was undercooked for the gluten free pizza we ordered and it didn't satisfy our appetite.

The room was clean and fresh upon entry. Easy to follow instructions for access to things. I loved the tablet that came with the room and having things there central and accessible.

Woman poster in the lift was very revealing and inappropriate. Fridge was full of alcohol: no room for water jugs or anything else.

small overcrowded pool. pool itself was dirty as was the area/seating around the pool I have stayed numerous times at this hotel and staff have been great however this time the check in staff were disinterested and not very amicable.

Location is stone throw from Surfers Paradise. Gorgeous pool area, lovely spa, and rooms were so comfortable and luxurious. Loved it. Would definitely go again and would stay in QTs in other cities after such a great experience

Fantastic location. We had great views of the sea from our room balcony and were just a 5 min walk from Surfer's Paradise.

Room Key locked us out well before check out time of 11am.

Everything was fantastic. Beds were comfortable, rooms were very clean and accommodating. Restaurant was very well organised and was met when first entered.

Check in was 3pm, arrived then and was told it was a couple minute wait. Waited 20 minutes in the lobby until room was ready. It was our 10 year anniversary and wasn’t a great start. Staff knew as they had asked me at check in. Also you get charged card fees for every hotel transaction which is just annoying.

Cleaning of the room could've been better. Some hair was left around the bathroom and crumbs on the carpet. Cafe food was average quality, could've been better.

Nice branded toiletries and tea/coffee was good. Aesthetics were bright and colourful and overall was clean.

The price, considering the current cost of living but that’s to be expected. There was also a tiny bar fridge which didn’t get very cold and no cutlery or plates which we thought was odd. Even for a hotel.

The customer service was good, made an effort for my partners birthday.

Room was rather noisy not very sound proof from the road and traffic sadly. Waited 2hours for late night room service after long flight, had to call and reorder so best call up and not used their new in room tablet service.

The room wasn't as big or fitted out as I would expect at QT or 5 stars. There was some rust in the shower, showerhead was lacklustre for such a large space and the bathroom vanity was hardly able to be used for makeup and hair for one person let alone a couple.

The restaurants, pool, and all the amenties were really world class. We had a great dinner at the Japanese restaurant and couldnt have asked for a better 2 days by the pool.
