we had one bad meal from room service but issue was rectified very well . pool service closed at 5/5.30 with 2 hours daylight left. this was disappointing if you had been out and wanted a drink at the pool- nice time of day. air con in Japanese restaurant needs improving

Disappointed in the limited number of Pool sun beds which were always reserved or taken. It would be nice to have more- mb around the fenced off TV area - to be able to lounge and drink those cocktails!

The room iPad did it work and was tricky to navigate. The pool area is quite small. I feel the cabanas need to be staggered for all to use.

I would have liked an extra towel being a person with long hair. I would have liked an option for a firmer pillow.

The restaurant was pretty pricey for average food. Cocktails were good however!

Fun hotel to stay in. Was busy since Saturday night with functions and end of year celebration vibe. Funky styling. We had nice view over pool and across to ocean. Pool area was great and beds super comfy!

Minibar - didn’t realise they still exist 😆. The hotel is a short distance away from everything so for me, it’s just a source of frustration when you are billed incorrectly. Thank goodness for Sam. Answered the phone in the most pleasant tone and resolved my issue. Oh also, would have loved to have parking as complimentary.

The speedy resolution of my incorrect mini bar charges. Whilst I have yet to get the refund, one call answered by Sam made all the difference. The room has a good view and the bed was comfy.

If I have to be really picky the bathroom was on the smaller side but apart from that pretty decent. I found it hard to regulate the hot water as they didn’t have mixer taps which is positively retro.

The location was great. Lovely and clean room. Gorgeous pool and facilities. Loved the Stingray Bar with live music and salsa dancing on Friday night.

No top sheet on the bed, asked for a sheet to be fitted to the bed at reception. The team were very apologetic and said it was very strange none was fitted. The housekeeping didn’t service our room but threw a sheet on the bed for us to fit. Poor.
