The bed was far too soft for my liking.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and in a convenient location close to buses and trams, and easy to find a hire scooter to get around town easily.

The only issue I had was the window was tiny and looked out onto a rundown building. There was no view at all

The rooms were large as were the showers. The rooms were quiet. The a/c was great. The wifi was good. Showers were hot. The staff were helpful.

There was no desk space to work from. There was what looked like a working area on the bench next to the TV but they had a microwave on it taking up all the space which left no room to work. I appreciate some people might like to buy their own meals & heat them, but I would think it not as often as people would like to get work done. Perhaps offer the microwave as a service if people want to heat food rather than taking up valuable desk space?

It was a great location with a comfortable room and bed. It was in a great area full of bars, restaurants and laneway food scene. Very close to the river for nice walks & there are some great coffee places nearby to start the day. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I wasn’t sure how to change the water from the bath tap to the shower head, but figured it out eventually.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The entrance/lobby area was gorgeous. Nice bathroom. The woman at the front desk was very kind, helpful and understanding. TV was easy to use and had lots of options.

Our internet did not work most of the time. Our bathroom was accessible for wheelchairs which was fine except that the bathroom floor was soaked every time we used the shower. So we didn't have the option to leave the room "unserviced" each day which is out usual preference

The location of this hotel was excellent. Despite being on a very busy street is was very quiet

The shower set up meant the floor flooded, which may cause a slipping hazard. Would have been nice to have access to the NetFlix (not a personal account).

I just loooove the beds!!! So comfy. Rooms are nice and big and everywhere smells fresh not musty. It's such a great location and handy to everything.

Hot water for the tub was limited, I recognize this may be a safety feature, but did severely restrict time spent relaxing there, which was the main purpose I booked the room.

As a regular guest here I wasn't impressed to know they have changed their parking system. It use to be that they give you the discounted parking ticket at the end of your stay now it's changed to before but wasn't notified apon check in and there were no signage to make me aware that this was the new system so after a two night stay that was disappointing to learn i was up for the full rates for two nights parking.

My mini fridge was a bit smelly with too few milks. Some real coffee options, not just bags would have been nice.

Location and staff were great The bed was comfy and my room was very quiet despite multiple windows. I quite liked the old fashioned elegance look. The bathroom was good and the shower was powerful with a removable head. I really liked the 11am check out as I am not a morning person!
