We couldn’t find it first because it’s not well marked in Google maps. we have to compare photos from booking with the reality to make sure we arrived correctly. You have to enter the restaurant on the corner and tell the waiter that you have a reservation.

We were accommodated by one of waiters from restaurant. The room was modern and well equipped. Maybe we were lucky but we had the room facing the back street, not the main one so we didn’t hear much noise from the Main Street like maybe other guests. The location is great, by the sea, everything is close.

Although we arrived a bit early room was ready and told someone would come and greet us but that never happened. Also could get the safe in the room to work and despite a couple of requests to get sorted this never was either. Only minor negatives though.

Location was good. Just out of the busy part but close enough to use the many restuarants. Access via car to the rest of Sithonia also easy. Room was comfortable and clean with clean towels everyday.

There is nothing we don’t like

The hotel is the best for this value! It is only 20 meters from the local port and 150-200m from the beach! You have free parking near the hotel and also the hotel has own tavern. The room was very clean inside and the staff was awesome! We are very thankful to the them! For sure next time will visit it again!

It was awesome.

The Marina hotel is a small family-run boutique hotel attached to a restaurant and is in the perfect location in Nikiti to do everything you want. It was several steps to excellent beaches and swimming, several steps to a picturesque harbor where you can buy fresh seafood or watch the fishermen, and just a few steps from the bustling beachfront walk that has many artisan vendors, performers, and other cool things to see and do. And the attached restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced. We ate there several times and everyone was satisfied. It is run by a family, they take an active role in the business, and you can really get a sense that they put the extra effort in. We had been on the road for a couple weeks with a family of 5 and they did our laundry and were very accommodating and flexible. The room was spacious and had more than enough room for our group. It was also clean and had a cool view of the harbor and ocean. I would absolutely stay here again in Greece. Thanks for the excellent stay!

good location. The building-hotel it self it’s not the newest construction but very well maintained-clean. In the period I was staying they were doing daily room cleaning! Very nice and friendly staff. Especially the lady who is managing the whole place.

As can be seen from the pictures, the built-in shower cabinet has no glass door or curtain, and as a result there is water all over the space every time you use it. A sliding glass-door would greatly improve this.

Great location, comfortable bed, the tavern is a must, the host is really nice and helpful. Good value-for-money.

The location was very good. It was convenient for parking, and at a remove from the business of the July crowds of holidaymakers. Breakfast was a very calm and peaceful holiday experience. The restaurant was recommended to us by a local and we ate there each night during our 3 day stay. The food was very good.

unfortunately the road of our street was going through some kind of infrastructure renovation at the time of our stay so we were cut out of electricity for few hours, and also for water for half an hour, not hotels fault I guess..but still not so pleasunt as a guest.

Overall it was amazing stay, Joley was very nice and helpful, great location next to the marina and close to everything else!

The tavern was too pricy and the quality of the food comparable to the typical greek souvlaki bars. We only ate there once.
