The scenery and cottage exceeded our expectations. Exceptionally thoughtful hosts who packed the cottage with everything we needed for the weekend. Beautiful view over the lake, wonderful breakfast and treats left for us to enjoy.

The cottage turned out to be such a lovely weekend retreat in the most serene environment. The beautiful breakfast hamper with local produce was a nourishing start to our day and Chris was super helpful with giving us recommendations for the area. Honestly, the interior of the cottage is so cute with a spa that we left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. And of course, Lynne’s famous rocky road did not disappoint!! We will definitely be back.

What an outstanding find! The perfect country escape, fully self contained, quiet and beautiful scenery. I am not a chocolate eater but that home made rocky road...WOW! Thank you for helping to make my husbands Birthday one to remember, we cannot wait to come back!

The property exceeded our expectations.

Communication with the owners was immediate. Granite Cottage Accommodation is a little out of town aiding to the the discrete, serene and relaxing ambiance. Woken gently by an assortment of beautiful birds, and relaxing on the porch in the night with an abundance of stars all around. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows, great water pressure in the shower and a generous spa with bath bombs, fluffy towels and robes. The owners have put love and dedication to Granite Cottages and added the thoughtful use of local produce and products including home made treats, a cheese platter, and fresh produce for breakfasts. Thank you, we would love to return in the winter to enjoy the in cottage fire place.

There was nothing not to like. This place is perfect for couples or young families or a small group who want to have a very private and relaxing time away from home.

Very private secluded location in between Stanthorpe town and Ballandean wineries. Lovely country style cottages overlooking a beautiful lake and park like surrounds and gardens. Fully equipped kitchen provisioned with all the breakfast items you could wish for. Wonderful hosts who made us feel at home on their beautiful rural property.

There wasn't anything we didn't like as I don't drink tea or coffee perhaps a couple of extra glasses that certainly is something very very minute just a suggestion

Chris and Lynne went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable including an amazing variety of local produce and homely touches such as home made rocky road and Christmas pudding! The bed was super comfortable, the view was spectacular and it was the perfect place to relax and reconnect after a busy Christmas!

Maybe a bigger kitchen bin kept under the kitchen sink If you were staying with friends, maybe more of a 4 seating area rather than 2 (on the deck)

We were all blown away with cottage, such a beautiful outlook and very homely inside Great location as only 10-15 mins to town The breakfast provided was exceptional we loved how everything was as local as possible The spa bath overlooking the gardens The diffuser used and all the washpool products supplied

Very cute cottage with all the extras. Owners went way beyond the standard features like including a cheese platter ,home made rocky road , biscuits, fresh apple juice plus much more. Highly recommend this stay. Close to all attractions in the region too.

Peace and quiet, lovely approach driving to the property. For a cook decent kitchen equipment and lovely food to cook breakfast and start our day leisurely. Quiet surrounds providing tranquility we were seeking. Knowledgeable hosts with lots of great tips and suggestions, who also shared their journey in providing such a great setting.
