In one washroom there was no toilet paper for 2 days, hot water doesn't go from the sink in the room. One night we had very loud neighbours, they were drinking, singing and listening to loud music till 1 a.m. Unfortunately, we cannot complain to the reception cause it doesn't work 24/7

The shower in the room was leaking, there was a unpleasant smell from the general bathroom and the wall are paper thin so you can hear anything from outside.

There was no air conditioner but an electric fan was provided.

It is a comfortable place to stay for one night. It provided us soap to use. The bathroom is just the right size; the space is enough to get dressed in.

Shared shower head wasn’t even attached to the wall so awkward to use. Only one shower for all the rooms to share. Bed was incredibly squeaky, very loud and disrupted sleep.

1. location is not central and walk takes 20-30 min to center and other places of interest. 2. facilities like a coffee pot and fan could really help 3. hot water works sometime and sometimes not .

clean and comfortably small room and better than the pictures. the staff is nice and the owner in-fact checked us at 10 am without a blink of eye. The hotel has a 2 min away stop- bus 7 which directly takes u to the center of the town. location is quite and okayish. everyday cleaning which is very nice. considering the price it’s good value for money !

Is in a great location for anyone wanting to spend time in Russafa. A really friendly welcome. The room was a good size and the bed was really comfy. The room was also nice and warm which can be a challenge at this time of year.

We regret paying more to have a room with ensuite because ended up using the shared bathroom to shower as there wasn't hot water in the ensuite, only lukewarm-cold. You could hear everyone coming in and out of their rooms, and even when they used the shower. Our room was in the opposite side of the hallway to the shared bathroom so it shouldn't be that loud. The room could do with a deep clean

Friendly staff and easy check-in and out. They let us check-in early and got back to us very quickly when we contacted them. Good wifi and toiletries. Room facing quiet outdoor area.

The place was in a great location. Around 10' walk from the city centre and in a nice neighborhood full of really nice restaurants. The staff was very lovely and everything was clean.

The bed wasn’t comfortable and there was a heavy smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. It was also very loud at night with an engine sound.

We got the smallest and the worst room heading inner backyard of the block. The smell in the room was similiar to cigarettes and humidity - little did we know when we discovered fungus on the ceiling in the morning - the air must have polluted for sure. Windows heading inner backyard provided absolute zero sunlight so it was like being in a cage without fresh air and light. The owner didnt provide us with receipt and payment by card wasnt allowed although we agreed on this through booking beforehand.

Absolutely nothing, I would never recommend this place to anyone
