What a beautiful place to stay. The hosts, Louise and Marko, were brilliant - very attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were delicious too. The room was clean and tidy, and the verandah perfect for sitting out on an afternoon/evening. The location was perfect for walking to Eumundi for the shops, markets or food, and as a central base for exploring the area. We can't recommend Gridley Homestead B&B enough. We would definitely stay again.

The location is excellent for the Eumundi markets and town. There are some nice little cafes and restaurants, as well as the markets stall food on the market days. The little cabin was really lovely also with a nice bathtub and view of the hills and fields. Would definitely stay here again.

No negatives to this place at all

Amazing B and B a five minute walk from the lovely town of Eumundai. Hosts were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and comfortable and a lovely feel to it. Would not hesitate to recommend this place.

A beautiful place to rest and unwind. Marko and Louise were wonderful, friendly and welcoming hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Room access to the sprawling veranda was an added bonus. The breakfast was delicious as was the welcome afternoon tea. I am gluten free and was delighted to receive a delicious piece of homemade coconut cake on arrival and plentiful choices for breakfast each day. It was a delight to stay in this gorgeous B'n'B. A 5 minute walk to town/Eumundi Markets and a 20 minute drive to Perigean Beach.

Beautiful property in a charming town. Hosts - Marko & Louise - were lovely and so welcoming. Nothing too much trouble. Facilities and rooms superb. We were lucky enough to go to the markets whilst there - not to be missed! Beaches close by. Doonans restaurant nearby lovely. We wouldn’t have missed our brief stop over in Eumundi for anything.

What a gem, beautiful homely B&B in Eumundi , easily walkable into the town , but also local with a car to Noosa , Peregian & coolum beaches . Louise & Marco ( the owners) are absolutely lovely people so helpful and charming, we felt completely at home , breakfast was fantastic!

No bbq facilities or cooking rings. Just a microwave.

Beautiful self contained cabin with a lovely view from the private little balcony. Alot of thought had obviously gone into the furnishings, decor and contents to make it so nice. It was an easy walk to the main street and the markets. About a 20 minute walk to the public swimming pool. Maybe 10 minutes drive to the Eumundi Conservation Park for good walking tracks.

The homestead was clean, comfortable and the hosts welcoming. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the heart of Eumundi. The breakfasts provided were fresh and delicious, with a great selection to choose from.

It was our first time at a B&B so we pleasantly surprised with how we still had our own privacy. We could be as much involved or not with the people and the host. Would definitely go back again

MY HUSBAND AND I LOVED THE HOMESTEAD AND GREETED WITH AFTERNOON TEA. THE VIEWS WERE FANTASTIC GREAT LOCATION TO THE MARKETS.

Breakfast was not included in the price quoted by Booking .com However, the host made it available for us. Very nice. Very friendly and helpful in all respects. We will certainly recommend it. Thank you, Louise.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The owners were very welcoming and very friendly. The accommodation was exceptional, and we thoroughly enjoyed our daily breakfast to kick start the day. Thoroughly recommend Gridley Homestead if staying in the Eumundi area. We loved it so much we stayed an extra two days.

Having breakfast a little later on a weekend, say between 8:30 - 9:30 would be better, that way you can have a sleep in and still get away by 10am. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Convenient to the markets, close to great food options, quiet and relaxing.

Lovely B&B, great location, and fantastic hosts. Cannot fault this B&B. I was there with my daughter for her 18th birthday. The hosts gave my daughter a box of chocolates, and Louise and Marko were so friendly. The B&B was really clean and had all the facilities we needed. The bed was comfortable and the ensuite bathroom was lovely. I’m a big admirer of Queenslanders and Gridley is a gorgeous example inside and out. The breakfast was generous and delicious. It’s walking distance to the town and markets.

Everything! The room was beautifully decorated and a good size with a huge balcony and library/lounge shared with other guests to relax. The room was super clean and had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. Good location and walking distance to the famous Eumundi Market.
