I always feel welcome here whenever I visit Cronulla. I love the bonus of having dinner provided and breakfast. This was the first time I stayed on a weekend so the first time I got a hot brekky. Loved the eggs, then loved the yummy pancakes. Thanks for having me again, Ronny.

When we wanted to leave our luggage at the guesthouse, we chatted and later called with someone I think is the owner. They weren't particularly helpful, saying that we could leave our luggage, but only pick it up again after 4:30pm. Some negotiating later, this was turned into that they needed at least an hour notice to have someone present to let us pick up our stuff. The person in room 7 was great, though, as he basically just asked when we were planning to be back to pick it up and made this far easier. So, talk to the person in room 7, as he was far more helpful than the owner.

The location is nice, about 10-15 minutes walking from Cronulla. The breakfast is simple, but does the job and is included in the stay. The person in room 7 who seems to take care of most day-to-day things is lovely and very helpful.

Besides the odor in the room, there wasn't really anything that I did not like. I was not able to meet any of the staff during my stay, but they were quick to respond on the app, very friendly, professional, and helpful.

The room was nice and what I expected in size except there was an unpleasant odor when I first walked in. The bathrooms seemed fairly clean, breakfast was simple and continental, and the location was perfect for walking to the ocean, near shops, activities and food. Also, I love that this location had free breakfast and dinner.

Some mens who live there as a guest, made us feel a bit unconfortable but they are respectful. Not problem comming alone.

Exceeded expectations! With inclusive breakfast and dinner, our stay was both convenient and budget-friendly. The friendly staff and spacious rooms made us feel right at home. Highly recommend for a hassle-free and comfortable stay.

Parking was bit of challenge for me late in the evening. Should consider allowing parking in back yard/rear entrance of the property. Lighting in passage and outside areas, could have been better. Day time, it looks great. Mattress was sagging and had back pain. Hot water Tap in laundry needs to be serviced as we could not close it tight. Kitchen staff could throw a smile/greet at guest as not interacting at all (just suggestion). Coffee/Tea, suggest them to consider a vending machine as it would be easy to use for guests and place could be effectively used.

Good for one night stay. It is a 2 star accommodation and if you set your expectations right, you would not have any disappointment. Staff (Ronnie & Manager) was available and helping. Shared bathroom (6 Nos) was not a problem at all and was clean and available/free most of the time. Serving Breakfast was a good option as we don't need to go around early in the morning. Hope they add more veg options or at least omelettes. Location was very close to Cronulla beach.

I didn't know that the room came with dinner only breakfast. My guess is some guests who want dinner might want it later to between 5 and 6pm.

Light sensor in the bathroom is set too short. Light runs 1min and turn off. Person need to make number of vigorous movements to switch on again.

No tea bags in my room on arrival and a peculiar smell in room Lovely idea offering meals but found the evening meal quite unpleasant. Instant noodles would have been more appealing.
