My stay in Oakwood was amazing. I was on business trip. Best part is staff, very friendly nd helpful. I booked apartment room for 2 .Me nd my staff. Rooms are well furnished, hygiene was top-notch.All facilities are available. No unnecessarily disturb.If u are on work visit ,u can do yr work peacefully best part is this. Food was also good nd prices are also responsible. Soon I ll visit with my family,best stay option in Pune .

We really enjoyed our stay at the Oakwood. Our suite was nicely appointed, with a balcony, full kitchen and laundry facilities just down the hall. All linens we new and crisp, towels were very nice and there was a housecoat in the closet for me. The house keeping staff were attentive to all our needs. The front desk staff were very helpful in directing us to places we inquired about and offered suggestions as to places we might check out. The restaurant was amazing, the food served was top notch, a fabulous breakfast buffet was available daily and evening meals were also delicious. We really appreciated the attentiveness of both the hotel manager and food and beverage manager, checking with us throughout our stay to make sure our needs were being met. For our purposes the hotel was well located, we were able to walk to shops and restaurants and taxis and Tuk tuks were readily available. The hotel is located in a very quite area, no horn honking and busy traffic.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms were very spacious, the beds comfortable and the kitchen area had everything we needed. The breakfast offered lots of variety (I'm going to try to find Uttapam back at home in Austria :)!) & the restaurant food was tasty as well. Very friendly staff - thank you for making us feel at home. Nice pool area and gym. It was easy to come and go from the hotel (we used Uber most of the time).

Mosquitoes in the room due all greenary around, they should take corrective measures. There should be an extra washroom in each room as just one washroom for an appartment is not sufficient. Lastly location is little away from shopping area, not even a Pharmacy available in one km range or even a General Store.

Excellent property. Very nicely maintained. Friendly Staff and very helpful. Breakfast was good and everyday different. Food quality of the restaurant is also good for lunch and dinner. Smooth checkin and ample private space for Car park behind the Residency.

Gym not open till 7am. Only 10 minutes walk to local metro stop but very busy / dangerous roads on the way. Don't use hotel for long taxi bookings - they quoted me £100 for travel back to Mumbai. I booked direct with taxi company for £37 !!

some of the staff at the hotel were obviously trainees....trying hard, but knew little. View from the balcony was marred a bit by dirty overhead glass/plastic.

Location, Room and Breakfast were super. Small things like helping my driver get decent acco, lots of channels on TV, a hard mattress as requested. All made our family outing special - with both wife and son happy.

A reception desk person made an assumption rather than having confirmation and as a result I was charged for a service I didn't want. The error was finally rectified, however it took some time and a degree of perseverance was required on my side to get a good outcome, hence giving a score of 9.

Comfortable accommodation with extra utilities provided, such as self-service laundry on each floor. The rooms were spacious and quiet. The provided breakfast was excellent with a good range of different foods.

The bell boy was always in a hurry, when we got there he was rush for us to go our room, when we were leaving he was also rushing the taxi driver to get moving .

Bathroom area some grout and shower door etc need to be repaired. A dish washer was not closing at all (hence I assume it doesn’t work). Similarly a dryer on floor 2 was not working. I know these things happen, but had a notice been posted, I would not have put my clothes to wash. As a guest I assumed the appliances provided, work. Then I had to jump around to the dryers of floor 3 and 4 , as I had a flight early next morning, and couldn’t pack till clothes were dried. The part that didn’t sit well with me was that the person on duty at front desk had apparently not even logged a complaint (the next morning’s staff said there is no mention). I don’t know if he had the issue looked into or not, but as a guest I was given the impression that nothing had been done!

I’m a return guest, has been here over 13-14 years ago. At that time Oakwood was amazing! It’s also very good now, but some places the place shows wear and tear. The staff are overall excellent, but some lapses could have been dealt with in a better way

The couch in the living room wasn't so good, but everything else was almost perfect in the room. I especially asked when the pool would be open, so I came at the proper time in the morning only to find a cleaning crew. They saw me standing in my bathing suit, but continued to work on the pool. I asked the management to take care of this, and they asked my to wait 15 minutes. But my schedule did not allow this. Only after noticing my frustration, the pool was made available for me to use. But I lost too much time on this.

A beautiful and modern facility with apartment-style rooms with kitchen, etc. The pool was in a beautiful location outside and a good size for real swimming. I especially enjoyed the breakfast outside (the American style music inside the restaurant would have turned my stomach if I stayed inside). Great choice of Indian food for breakfast. As a vegan, I especially enjoyed it. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. An excellent value for money.

A huge plus is that they have an outdoor section at the restaurant. Hence, they are dog friendly in every sense of the word. Even the staff, although a bit scared of our puppy, made sure they went out of their way to make us feel special. Honestly, the best pet-friendly Hotel I have visited thus far.
