Good location - although there is no other choice.

We were unable to park our vehicle outside our room door, leaving it potentially vulnerable.

The room was small but comfortable, and the ensuite clean and neat. Facilities in the room were good, with kettle and good-sized fridge. The food at the restaurant was good, with large portions. A good place to overnight on our return trip to Kununurra.

Dinner at the restaurant was very good value for money, especially in the outback like this. it was totally unexpected. There was a choice of an excellent buffet or a la carte. The food was high quality and there was plenty of it.

This motel was a nice surprise in the middle of nowhere. The staff were so very friendly. The room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The onsite restaurant served great food.

The pool was full of fully dressed local children so we were unable to take a dip after a long drive.

The cabin was a surprise, large and exceptionally clean. Very comfortable bed. Parking right outside. Supermarket very close so we bought supplies as the restaurant was only doing buffet which we did not want.

Some locals walking through the property. But that cant be helped. A secure gate would be nice.

Enjoyed our time here. Motel is a work in progress and should be a very nice place in a few months. Felt safe that police were also staying at the same motel. All staff were friendly and professional.

We liked the cooking facilities which enabled us to cook our own food. On our second stay we visited Barra Jacks which was good but we were disappointed that the fish was only able to be done in batter.

Other visitors talking until 1.30am outside our room even though we asked them not to at 11pm. Also the TV came on by itself twice in the middle of the night and woke us up.

The fact the the double Motel room was actually a donga.

The room we stayed in wasn’t the one I booked. The one I booked was very small and our car was not outside our room. We paid an extra $55 to move to a triple room which had much more room and we were able to have our car parked outside the door.

Room was very basic, and price high for what you get, reflecting the lack of other local options.

A functional place in a town with few good options. They do not cut themselves off from the town in the way that some other options do - there is no security fence, but it is well-lit and the staff say they have had few issues ("we respect the locals and they respect us"). Restaurant on site is good and avoids the need to go out after dark in a place where doing so may not be the best of ideas (but at the time I stayed it was not open every day).

Should have upgraded to a different room . Our room was very tiny. $195 per night for a 3m x 2.5 m room was a little steep. It was very clean but so small. Food at the restaurant was great.

Being a motel it was a bit noisy with cars coming late and leaving early but was expected.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, good shower.

No parking outside our room, a tiny room with only one chair, never spoke to or met staff as office closed on arrival at 2pm and we were given an access code for the room. Very expensive at $215!

The room smelt musty; the tap in the loo was constantly dripping; the Scarface posters in the room were strange, to say the least; the sheets were very poor quality; the rooms are not at all sound proof

There have been precautions made to keep everyone safe and well. Motel Owner has good to huge efforts to ensure this. Very much appricated. Good meal and a couple of drinks in the restaurant

Wastage of water continually leaking out of tap in bathroom- needs new washers.

Great place to get a good night’s sleep after exploring Purnululu. Good to have a microwave in the room. Close to China Wall.
