The room was very clean and comfy and had everything we needed for our short stay. The fire pit and wildlife were just like the photo's and the staff were great.

We had a fantastic stay. As soon as we drove in the views were breathtaking. It felt like we were in another world. The kids had a ball roasting marshmallows and making s’mores around the fire and my son said it was the best day of his life. Haha Room was perfect. Everything was clean and well maintained. Shower was hot, room was nice and warm and the beds were comfortable.

great location beside the wetland and really nice to have the wildlife on our back door. Very handy to the township. Great hosts and the fire pit in the evening is a really nice touch and great way to meet other guests

The stall were great and friendly from first arrival to when we left. Very helpful with area information and very accommodating, providing extra blankets and towels. The kids and us parents loved the spacious relaxing area with fire pit and fantastic views. My family and I highly recommend this motel

Arrived at Grampians on a rainy day. Couldn't visit any trails. We were grateful to enjoy a cup of hot coffee at the beautiful backyard of this motel. The scenery was serene and you could see a few Kangaroos, ducks... My parents were also very happy with the heated mattress.

WOW !!! What an amazing place !! We loved every minute from check in to check out . lovely and informative staff upon arrival , the most picturesque setting with a fire pit !!! The room was spotlessly clean and the heat was on ready for our arrival which was a very thoughtful touch . cannot recommend this place enough!! A must stay in Halls Gap .

It was only a one night stay..we should have booked for longer period to enjoy the place even more.

Such a beautiful view of the mountains and a nearby small billabong. lot of kangaroos to see in the morning during our small walk. The host was superb when we reached late. With a great big smile, she welcomed us and made sure our room was super warm and cozy on arrival.

The shower was really difficult to use. There were good instructions so most people would probably have no trouble but we just couldn't get warm water - it was either scolding hot or freezing cold. Otherwise the bathroom was great - water pressure good very clean etc. Just couldn't sort out the temp.

The location is amazing and the best thing about this hotel was the service and the view from the backyard out to the paddocks and mountains. The rooms were super clean and well laid out and the ability to get service from the owner was exceptional - towels changed, dirty plates removed etc. all quickly. Being able to have relax on the deck and then sit by the fire with kangaroos all around watching the sun go down made each day there so special. This was may favourite hotel in our trip through Victoria.

Reverse cycle was noisy during the night, TV difficult to navigate foresee to air channels, flick mixer in shower was difficult to navigate correct water temp...

The motel was recently renovated so it was very clean and all the furniture was clean and new. We really enjoyed the motel stay as it was very close to the town. It also has a beautiful view and outdoor sitting area.
