Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaWe had breakfast once. The food was completely cold. I tried to find someone to heat it in the microwave but could not find anyone. I had fruit for breakfast. Shower is very tired. Grout is missing. House keeping was a bit hit and miss and again the bathroom could really do with a good clean and update. Vents need dusting. We had a running tap sound (loud) several times and hour. It was possibly the air con. The room also had a musty smell. Maybe the air con ends a service?
The hotel was in a great location and the room was a good layout. Staff were friendly.

AustraliaAs reported to reception, room 815 intermittent loud 'gurgling' noise like when filling or emptying a bottle but in this case, more like a big water tank near the Air Con unit. On and off, 24 hours night and day and happy that I had my ear plugs with me for bedtime. Had I reported that problem earlier rather than when I was leaving, Reception told me they would have changed me to another room. All good. 👍🏽
Nice and quiet on the 8th floor and no noise from adjoining rooms..... 👍🏽 Conversation noise from people in the hallway coming through the door but that is what you find in any hotel.

Chose for location close to shops and restaurants. Nice view across the city and good bathroom facilities. Bed very comfortable and very clean sheets and pillow. Pool was great.

AustraliaParking - it would be great if you could park on other levels. Having 2 levels just for the hotel and then the rest were for the apartments. I was lucky I could get a park but it does fill up pretty quick
The bed was comfortable, the shower was good and the room itself was nice. There was an issue with the air con on my second night but it was fixed pronto and the staff were pretty good. It has parking - but you have to get in quick as the carpark gets full pretty quickly, especially at night. But all in all pretty good.

i loved all the windows in room 913! Lovely view and feels cozy. Didn't have any breakfast so cant rate. Location is good if looking for a city location.

AustraliaWas very happy with H on Smith. Only part that was disappointing was we paid for breakfast and 1st great and was told they don't do breakfast on weekends. They did give us an extended check out. It is currently Wet Season so quite in Darwin. Use the scooters as it a fun way to get around the city and you can jump on and off.

AustraliaThere was an fire alarm evacuation at 2 in the morning. I was on level 1. Evacuation route was fire door to basement then up stairs to ground to get out. A little confusing. I reported this to staff on checkout.
Walking distance to things I wanted to see and do. Really helpful staff. Handy dining in the hotel.
