How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Not being able to have explored around the area. Was only in this location for the night and had an early departure in the morning. Will come back again.
As I was needing a close location for my travel for work, this place hit all I was needing. A simple but spacious cabin, with ample parking and 'room to move'. I would have liked to have been staying longer than the night.

It would be great if there were some basic cleaning supplies (like a mop in the toilet). You probably can ask in reception but we needed to dry the toilet floor at night and reception was closed. Not a deal breaker though, just a suggestion.
Nice little holiday park. We stayed in a small cabin with our 2.5 yo. It was spacious for a studio and very clean. Bed was comfy, clean linen. Small kitchenette with all that you need - fridge, stovetop, pots, dinnerware, toaster, electric kettle. Heater is good (weather was cool at night, so this was great). Shower was good. Toilet has heat lights which are great for the cold weather. Location was good if you need to be close to town - walking distance to the pubs! There is a playground for the kids and a nice clean pool for the warmer months (we didn't use it but it looked nice) We had a good stay overall.

The bed was a little uncomfortable for us, but others may like a softer bed. It was very clean though.
Location was excellent. Walking distance to restaurants and pubs. Very clean. Very good value. A private room looking out to the quiet suburban street. You forget you’re in a holiday park. Very little noise. An enjoyable stay.

Room/cabin was immaculate. New, clean and plenty of room. Large bathroom and kitchenette. The room was also cosy with electric blanket on the bed as well. Will be perfect for the coming winter. For those travelling as a group or family connect the facilities are great with pool, kids playground, play room and cooking rotunda with large fridge, stove, bbq's and tables and chairs.

Bed was a little hard.

Small shower recess and shower curtain - but I was in a studio cabin. A minor irritation only.

We arrived after the reception had closed but was able to pick up the key really easily and found the cabin straight away thanks to a highlighted map. The room was extremely clean and comfortable and was so close to the main street. It was everything we needed for an amazing stay.

No complaints.
My stay was for one night only, it met all my needs in a self contained cabin. Very comfy warm bed, split system heating /cooling, kitchenette and TV. It is walking distance to Mansfield town centre. This is the third time I have stayed at this caravan park in their various types of accommodation and have no complaints whatsoever.

It met our requirements
Excellent location as only a short walk to town. A spacious room, with kitchen , comfortable bed, very clean. There was a heater air conditioner and under cover parking at the door. The room and area was quiet at night. It was excellent value for money

Fridge was quite noisy - every time the motor started up it woke up everyone in the cabin :( It may need some work.
Great little park, clean, tidy & friendly staff and visitors. Check in nice & easy. Great facilities.
