Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Breakfast was disappointing due to being cold cooked breakfast the plates were cold and the food it self was cold which was a shame as the presentation looked good. Not sure why the plate warmer was not turned on and the use of the Barrata pans does not keep the cooked breakfast warm. Positive note the coffee was lovely and hot.

The Staff were amazing at every encounter, explained everything perfectly and were extremely helpful with everything; and happy! Breakfast was absolutely wonderful! No hidden costs. They made sure we would get our moneys worth with the package. Great desk & desk chair + ottoman.

AustraliaWe booked a rate including room, parking & breakfast, but were charged parking as an extra when we left. Once brought to the attention of staff, it was resolved quickly.
Central location for CBD access, rooms were comfortable, bar downstairs was great as we could have a drink and order food without having to leave. Great communication from staff via text messages to ensure our stay was great and when we needed anything, they were available.

Service, location and property facilities were great. Very clean and inviting decor. Executive floor extras were very nice. Staff are obviously trained well and service is of a high standard.

AustraliaWe booked with Hilton to celebrate our wedding anniversary and told the lovely reception person on check in and we were offered a bottle of red wine as a gift which we thought was amazing however it took us the entire time we stayed to get the wine with multiple phone calls to remind the front reception of their offer and when it turned up we were wished a happy birthday? We were also charged for two nights in the executive suite when we only asked for one at check in as we had reservations at another restaurant the other night we were staying. There is also a rather large weed growing in front of the window that somebody needs to pull out - it is being fed by the leaking pipe above it - Room 1604. Also your website states that there is no access to you pool area and so we didn't bring swimmers but people were using the pool when we got there.
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from and the omelettes were the best we have tasted!

Papua New GuineaDue to the fact that most of the rooms do not have balconies, you will mostly be in air-conditioned rooms, which may cause nasal congestion if the vents are not cleaned on a regular basis.
Located in the heart of the CBD, the hotel is close to everything. Almost all shops are within walking distance. I love how convenient it is

AustraliaWe love the beautiful ambiance of the bar area, then see the piano and think what a waste it is sitting there doing nothing. Having a daughter who is a jazz singer, I'm used to hearing gorgeous jazz voices with piano accompaniment in that environment. I remember when the Hilton was known for that too. Bring it back, please!
The restaurants have always been good, and we stay there often for date night, but this time, we had afternoon tea, pre-dinner drinks, dinner, and breakfast there, and the food was the best I have had anywhere. Your current chefs and wait staff are amazing! And where did you find those pillows? They're like sleeping in clouds! I have always loved Brisbane Hilton, a beautiful oasis in the city!
