One of my friends asked for a bulb to be replaced but it wasn't done. One power pint at kitchen bench was not working ( we forgot to mention it to them). Windows could have been cleaner. I'd like a better reading right for reading in bed.

It's in an excellent location to go anywhere in Sydney CBD or beyond. Buses so convenient. Train just across the road. Lovely to look out of the window at trees and at Hyde Park. Great for walk in the park. While we prefer a buffet breakfast the supplied in-room Continental breakfast was quite adequate for all of us. The cleaning ladies do an excellent job and reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Beds were comfortable and there were blankets available in room for people like me who don't like the heat of a dooner type cover in a warm room. Heaps of restaurants nearby for evening dinner. Many hotels don't have a room for 2 couples so it was great to have no problem here. Highly recommend the Hyde Park Inn and we'll stay again. Free parking was very important to us as we travelled over 200kms to be there, then left our car in the free on-site parking and used public transport or walked.

It was great having a kitchenette and continental breakfast provided daily. Unfortunately, the milk supplied one day was off. There was some hair on the bathroom floor on arrival, which was rather off-putting.

The hotel is in a convenient location, making it easy to walk to many attractions. We slept really well - the beds were comfortable, it was quiet, and the blockout curtains were very effective. Having a luggage storage option was very helpful as we had an early arrival time and late departure.

I felt our ensuite could do with a little attention. It was very clean as was the room. The room was very quiet and the view across Hyde Park great. Very central for our needs.

The Staff were fantastic. Our baggage needed to be stored and it was no problem at all. They were very Efficient, helpful and polite I’m coeliac and they sourced cereal and bread for my breakfast needs.

Look a bit jaded from the outside .

Good for access for the Transport systems and plenty of eateries within easy reach . Also the hotel overlooks Hyde park , the Memorial and Museum all worth a visit .

Minimal supplies in bathroom. Just an all in one wash/shampoo. No other supplies (eg shower caps, bar soap). Breakfast supplies in room very basic - bread in fridge, cereal packets. Not way to pre request what you want, but reception staff did say you could swap if you wanted.

Location was excellent. Very close to train station which was a direct line to airport and Circular Quay. Room was large and perfect for 4 single adults. Quality TV with ability to sign in to streaming services. Friendly staff and gained a late checkout.

Would have been easier if parking was on site. (If all spots are reserved they accommodate parking in a structure on Goulburn Street).

Great location, good value for money- especially with parking and an in room breakfast included. Room accommodated all three of us.

Netflix was not working, was looking forwardto relaxingand watching. Could have given us options for breakfast. It read that it would be a buffet type as opposed to bread packed the day before. No orange juice, just apple.

the furniture was dated, our only window was over looking a closed off alley with all the A/C units which was loud.

The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the continental breakfast was a nice touch, it allowed us to get straight on the road instead of looking for a cafe.
