The bed was not queen, it was two single attached beds with two mattress that was not comfortable.

warm welcome, The manager (owner) Mr.Rudi, two staffs Mr.Sinan & Mr.Erdogan were very helpful, polite and professional. I had a few issues in room but solved immediately by them. It was worth the money paid. Room was clean and prepared everyday with bottles of water, clean towels, sanitary stuffs and slippers. Size of room was good. Breakfast was good enough. Osmanbey metro was very close to hotel, between Taksim Square and Cevahir mall. The Dolapdere street is crowded but safe.

The air conditioner was not working. The location was not so great, however, easily can be access to different parts of the city by subway.

The staffs were super nice. The bathroom was clean and they have a good breakfast. Definitely, it is worth its price.

The room was not as impressive as in the pictures, it is modest, not as new and a bit small.

The people who work here are very friendly and help you with everything. The location is just a few blocks from the Istanbul Lutfi Kirdar International Convention & Exhibition Center, shopping areas and the subway.

Despite the fact that the room service was done almost every day, the quality of the cleaning itself sometimes leaves much to be desired, IMO. Often, there were dried-up spots on bed linen and towels. The breakfast is okay, but there isn't much variety.

First of all, many thanks to the receptionists who were always polite and extremely helpful! The hotel is well-designed. It is relatively small but since there are only two rooms on the floor located at opposite ends, it is generally quiet on the floor most of the time. The room was spacious and cozy at the same time, with a big desk, comfortable bed, and many sources of light. The location is good, the subway is within a 10-minute walk, and many small cafes around. The Wi-Fi speed was decent.

Didn’t really like the street the hotel was in very much, there’s lots of construction. It was also a pain to drive to because there were lots of one way streets. The hotel itself is quite dark and gloomy. Personally wouldn’t stay longer than a night.

Booked a last minute stay here for 1 night, and arrived super late so the 24hr reception was handy. Also good that there is free parking out the front, and free breakfast (didn’t use it). The rooms were okay, pretty small, but good for a night. A few streets away there are plenty of good restaurants/cafes/bars.

Breakfast has no varieties, no entertainment facilities. If you need a nice place just to rest after a hard day this would be one of the best.

the hotel is very small yet they are doing their best to facilitate the stay, staff are all wonderful, very near to all transportations, Metro like 350m. Good vale for its price.
