    I like the Breakfast very much. IBIS Glen Waverly is situated very close to the Rail Station, Springvale Road where the bus stops are very close by. If you want to get hot spicy foods, a lot of restaurants are near by. Coles supermarket is very close by. Banks and other shops are also there for your convenience. I love these facilities. Why not come here and stay here for one week and enjoy all of these facilities? I hope my good comments will not lead to an increase in the hotel fares.

    Would have been nice if the bathrooms were a little bigger. The safety at the premises is very good. There is a problem with the opening and closing of the parking barrier. Once you insert the car pass to enter the Park it doesn't give enough time until you enter. The barrier closes down before you enter. For our safety, I asked my wife to get down at the gate and Insert the key for me so I could drive quickly and then ask her to get in again which I think is the problem to correct for the people who programmed the Barrier gates. Another problem with the keyhole is too low and along with me many drivers I have seen struggling to insert the key while in the driver's seat. IBIS Ilford London has a super parking facility for Guests as well as other Visitors who want to park while they are shopping. They have a camera system to read the number plates open /close the barriers and charge for the number plates.

    Was abit unloved..first impression on walking in door was curtains off their tracks and a tear in the corner of the mattress..one of the pillows was so lumpy and soft,as in was needed to be binned..

    The pending charge on my credit card that still has not been released after 5-6 days. This is using up funds that I need elsewhere. Why $100 has to be charged instead of $1 to have the card on file, I don't know, but this is an inconvenience that is simply not necessary. I'm unsure what housekeeping were doing but a simple replenishment of raw sugar, despite an empty packet being left on the counter for them to see, was overlooked for two days. Instead a large chunk of white sugar was replenished instead. It resulted in me having to go to reception to ask for raw sugar. Seems minor but attention to detail matters when you've paid for a hotel service and it's clear what the customers preference is.

    The location suited my work arrangements. It was a quiet and comfortable stay.

    the parking price was much higher than i expected. staff were good but not very warm or welcoming. the staff member on check out was more intresting in fishing his story to his coworker than attending tot he desk.

    Deceiving advertising that kids stay free on booking but then we had to pay extra for our child to actually have a bed, made no sense and hotel staff weren’t very nice about it

    No hairdryer supplied (managed to get one from Reception though). We stayed 3 nights, but was a bit surprised to find after the 2nd night that the room was not serviced. Discovered rooms are only serviced every 2 nights. Fresh towels were supplied each day. Car parking is available, however was not aware there was a $20per night fee.

    Booked a Superior room with Queen & Single Bed. Smooth check in, very friendly and helpful reception staff. Shared a room with a friend which was comfy. Room was very basic. Tea/Coffee/Kettle supplied, Mini fridge with long life full cream milk. Close to train station and major shopping centre (approx 15min walking distance)

    The cleaning each day was below standard, bins not cleared, desks not wiped. No room service or restaurant on some nights. Some front desk staff rude.

    Comfortable bed and good price. Close to restaurants and shops. Good lobby while waiting for transfer.

    Change of staff everytime i stayed there. Had come across some very nice staff but no one permanent. Sad because the good staff would have made up the personal touch.

    My choice of hotel in Glen Waverly. Good location, nice relaxing bar in the evening, comfortable bed. Secured private parking.

    Carpet waa very dusty in corners. Tv had very limited channels, but you could screen mirror if you have a Samsung

    EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AT BEING TOLD AT CHECKOUT THAT THERE WAS A $20 CHARGE FOR PARKING. THIS WAS NOT MENTIONED AT CHECKIN NOR IN THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION, NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

    hook coming adrift in bathroom. There was a muck up with room bedding but was soon sorted out.

    The room smell damp. The cleaning services tried to clean again but the smell still exist.

    The staff is friendly and helpful. They provided portable heater when the central heater at room could not be turned up more than 18 degrees.

    “Bar staff” need actual training in what spirits and mixers actually are. Cleanliness in bar lounge disgraceful. Glasses left on table were still there when we came back from dinner and still there next morning.
